Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent central location (near Marina Bay / MRT)
Friendly and helpful staff
Convenient shops and local restaurants nearby (7-11, Lao Ba Cha)
Modern, tidy rooms for some guests
Easy check-in/out process reported
Free water dispenser and basic conveniences
Cons:
Rooms are often very small and lack storage/wardrobe
Significant noise (corridor, lifts, neighbouring rooms, street)
Poor breakfast quality reported repeatedly
Inconsistent housekeeping / rooms not cleaned daily for some guests
Occasional room issues (cold shower in one report, bed against wall)
Online check-in / phone-key concerns and invoice/communication problems

Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed reports: some guests found rooms clean and tidy, while multiple reviews mention rooms not being cleaned daily or being generally unclean; overall cleanliness is below expectation.
Service
9.2
Generally praised staff — several comments call out friendly, helpful personnel and 'great staff' — though a few reports note communication issues (invoice, online check-in) which are isolated.
Location
9.9
Consistently strong: many reviewers highlight excellent central location (Marina Bay, near MRT), convenience to shops/restaurants and short walking distance to attractions.
Room Quality
6.6
Multiple complaints about very small rooms, lack of storage/wardrobe, awkward bed placement and noise intrusion; some rooms are modern and tidy but overall room quality is limited by size and noise.
Amenities
8.8
Basic but useful amenities noted (free water dispenser, 7-11 downstairs, phone-key access); limited in-room facilities (no coffee/tea setup, limited wardrobe) reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
9.5
Not often mentioned explicitly; inferred good value due to prime location and generally positive stays — rating slightly elevated to reflect overall guest satisfaction relative to location and service.
Food and Beverage
5.8
Recurring negative feedback about breakfast quality (several guests call it 'terrible'); guests rely on nearby local eateries instead, so hotel F&B scores low.
Overall Experience
9
Many guests report a wonderful or good stay driven by location and staff, though noise and small room issues are common caveats; overall impressions are positive.

Einbruch ins Hotelzimmer
Pros:

Gute Klimaanlage und Lage

Cons:
