Excellent
Pros:

The receptionist were friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. They helped me carry my luggage when I entered the hotel until I reached my room. The room was clean and offered views of the river, mountains, and the city. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and attractions

The basics of the place were nice but it's definitely time for a remodel. And the pool you couldn't

Was not consistently available and choices were little to none

Cons:

The balconies were not real balconies you couldn't go out onto them if you wanted to.

It was very grand building and the staff were friendly

Cons:

It was totally disfuntional as a run hotel . It was very tired inside and needed modified to bring it to a modern standard.
Breakfast was poor

Pros:

Front desk lady not so kind. did not even greet me when I check in. Maybe she judged me by my appearance. It claimed to be soundproof but not at all. I can hear people talking outside of my room. AC didn’t work too well, air flow was very weak. Bed is clean.

Disappointing
Pros:

Not the cleanest place we've stayed in. On arrival cigarette butt in shower recess, bath mat was dirty, balcony if you could call it that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Bed was comfy, linens nice. Staff on arrival had very limited English & couldn't convey what they wanted. In the end we think she was asking our permission to photocopy our booking papers from Hotels.com. but we'll never really know.
