Gute Lage, Restaurants und Night Market sind fußläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und hat nur noch wenig mit den Bildern in Booking gemein. Die Spiegellampe funktionierte nicht. Die Abluftventilatoren, Dusche und Badezimmerwände sind extrem schmutzig und wurden seit Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht weiß sondern deutlich grau.

Le personnel qui a fait son possible pour nous (merci Google translate car le niveau d anglais est très modeste)
La fontaine à eau et la bouilloire à l extérieur de la chambre
La proximité de la rivière (le Night Market est à 10’ à pied de même que le phusi et le palais royal)

Cons:

La chambre,est assez petite pour 4 et nécessite un sérieux lessivage ou rafraîchissement,
De même que la salle de bain

The smell from the bathroom was awful at times, think it could be due to the close proximity to the river but it was unbearable at times.

Comfortable room in great location.
Pros:

Location was great for us, room was comfortable enough. Balcony overlooking Mekong was very nice.

Cons:

Room was not small, but small in comparison to other places we stayed in Laos.

Would have been nice to have enclosed shower stall so that toilet and other things in bathroom did not get wet when taking shower.

Very budget stay.
Pros:

The only positive thing was the location opposite the Mekong river.

Cons:

The room was cramped and on a very budget scale.
No mini fridge to keep your water cold
The bathroom needed definitely upgrading.
It was more like a hostelroom
