Facilities were excellent and the restaurant served high quality cuisine. The staff throughout the hotel, - reception, restaurant, housekeeping, could not be faulted. They were engaging, polite, helpful, friendly and efficient.
The wi-fi signal was not always reliable.

Staff were excellent.
The pool was closed for cleaning on a Sunday! Why not clean ot on the Monday/Tuesday when there are fewer guests etc. I booked the hotel for the pools very disappointed.
J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel. Avec une équipe exceptionnelle et professionnelle. Je n'ai vraiment rien à redire. Des personnes accueillante, au petit soin et qui ont le souci de votre bien être. Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai a coup sûr! Mention spéciale au manager Mrs Kassa et Mr Getabalew. Mais toute l'équipe a été génial.

The breakfast was nice and all services.
Very comfortable room and a big bathroom, terrific staff, excellent breakfast and a free airport shuttle. It's about 4 kms to the main square. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
