Hard bed
Air con wasnt working properly resulting in the room being too hot.
Shower water kept flowing over into rest of bathroom.

Overall, a great experience, our only hassle was somebody else's remote turned our tv on in the middle of the night.

The open shower was a bit impractical as water would get all in the bathroom.
Everything was frankly great. The extra touch of having a personalized code to enter the room instead of a card/key is welcome. The size of the room was generous for Singapore's standards. The mattress was just firm enough. There was a small desk area. A strong AC. The shower had good pressure, and the toilets were far enough not to get all wet by the shower. Staff was extra nice. No outside noise despite the huge windows. Decoration was nice and peaceful. The place was clean.
Frankly details but:
- There should be more options to hang / organize clothes (there were only two hooks / 4 hangers, no shelves)
- The AC shouldn't be directed towards the bed as the airflow can be disruptive during the night
- Check-in was a bit longer than usual
- I would have appreciated getting some bottled water that I can take with me instead of the two empty glass bottles provided
- You need to reconnect to the wifi every day
Nice clean little hotel in a great location. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to metro and major sites.
The room was a little small but we knew that going in. Otherwise the room was perfect for a short stay.

Perfecta estancia en Singapur. Obviamente no es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero tiene todo lo que necesitas. Gran cama, aire acondicionado, ducha muy buena y personal muy amable. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas

Functional city stay right in China town. Easy walking distance to MRT stops and key sights downtown.
Small bed and a bit cramped room, but ok for a couple of night’s stay.

Great location, with lots of good restaurants nearby. The 2 restaurants next door, Pasta Bar and Olivia, were both very good. The whole street looks like it’s been upgraded since we were there last year. It’s now very vibrant with restaurants all along the street. Also good street food options in Maxwell house, a 5 minute walk away.
