Loved the location, the room, the staff and Singapore.
Pros:

The two people who worked the desk (Alex and Tisan) were exceptional. They were friendly and helped me in numerous ways. Alex helped me check in on arrival and I saw Tisan do that with others. He also gave me directions to the Apple store as my iPhone had been stolen the week before I arrived. He recommended places to eat and see nearby as well as where to wash my clothes. Tisan was also helpful in similar ways. She helped me with directions to sites of interest and she made sure I had a taxi to get to the airport. Both Alex and Tisan stepped up to help me navigate without a cell phone and I greatly appreciated that. I also liked that fresh water was available and it was not in plastic as seems to be the custom elsewhere.

Cons:

The step into the bathroom made me more conscious about moving in an out of the bathroom than I wanted to be.

A comfortable stay at a great location!
Pros:

A quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Chinatown! Really enjoyed our stay at KINN Studios- the location is unbeatable, on Keong Saik Road, mere minutes away from some of the city's best hawker stalls and tourist attractions. There are also several MRT stations- including Outram Park station and Maxwell- located within walking distance, which makes exploring this vibrant city a breeze. The hotel itself is minimalist and stylish- the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. When we faced some noise issues in our room- the staff were kind enough to accommodate our request to shift to a quieter room. Overall- had a lovely stay and won't hesitate to go back!

Cons:

We were first assigned a street- facing room, and hence faced some disturbance at night owing to traffic and pedestrian movements at odd hours. The late- night noise did become a bit of an issue. However- the staff were polite and accommodating enough to move us to a quieter room on a higher floor, upon request.

Avevo prenotato una camera superior credendo di avere almeno una piccola finestra, invece no! Sicuramente ho letto male la descrizione ma al prezzo molto alto che ho pagato per due notti ci siamo trovati dentro una stanza in cui non potevamo neanche muoverci. Non abbiamo potuto portare tutti i nostri bagagli, dovevamo fare una scelta, o noi o i bagagli. Inoltre non avendo finestre aveva un’areatore che mandava aria fredda, abbiamo chiesto che venisse spento ma non era possibile, perché “condominiale” e abbiamo dovuto dormire con il piumone.
Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato a notte (piu di 100€) mi sembra veramente assurdo. Infine Essendo una sorta di Hotel lo staff avrebbe potuto darci qualche indicazione sulla città. Incluso indicarci la metro vicino.

Pros:

Struttura nuova e arredata con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Le camere sono caratterizzate da un design minimal, ma allo stesso tempo sono dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Camere pulite e personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Una struttura davvero consigliata!
