Pros:

Unfortunately, my stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category.

While the location is excellent and the staff were generally polite, the overall guest experience was negatively affected by several issues. The most significant problem was the excessive noise from traffic, motorcycles, and vehicle exhausts during late-night hours, which made it difficult to sleep and relax. The sound insulation of the room was not sufficient to block the noise coming from the busy streets around Bukit Bintang.

In addition, the room did not provide the level of comfort and quiet environment expected from a five-star hotel. Rest and sleep quality are among the most important aspects of a hotel stay, and unfortunately this was a major disappointment.

Considering the room rate and the reputation of the hotel, I expected a much better experience. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves noise insulation and overall guest comfort.

I would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

場所はいいがコスパが悪い
Pros:

ロケーションが抜群に良かった
とこにでも歩いて行けたし、MRTの駅三駅が徒歩圏内。
ロビーの冷たい水は美味しかった

Cons:

ベッドが高くて横幅が小さいので寛げなかった。
身長160センチの私には高過ぎた。
エアコンの音が一晩中煩くてあまり良く眠れなかった
冷蔵庫が全く冷えず、フロントに伝えたのに最後まで改善されなかった。
外が暑いだけにとても辛かった
わかってはいたけれど部屋が狭かった。
スーツケースはベッドの上でしか開けられなかった。
トイレのティッシュの位置が左後で辛すぎた

Mooie bereikbare plek (3 metrohaltes in de buurt) voor een fijn bezoek aan Singapore
Pros:

Mooi nieuw hotel met alles wat je van een modern hotel mag verwachten. Goed ontbijt (veel keuze). Mooi groot zwembad. Veel en snelle liften. Efficiënte receptie.

Cons:

Het bed was wat aan de korte kant. Een gebruikshandleiding voor de airco zou wenselijk zijn.
