Pros:

Easy access instructions to property.
Check in and out easy.

Cons:

Couldn't sleep due to outside noise - (yelling up to early hours)
Heatwave & no fan, meant we had to open windows.
Quite a distance from Liverpool City centre.
No towels were provided
Rooms not sound proof -could hear person upstairs shuffling around

Pros:

The room was comfortable,got 2 nights good sleep.

Cons:

The tv didn't work properly, I wanted to watch the Brazil game but couldn't get it,so watched it on my phone

Very poorly run with no communication from owner
Pros:

Arrived and couldn't get into our room. Tried getting intouch with owner but to no avail
Contacted booking.com on live chat they got room number and code for our key. Entrance was dark and my husband fell up the first stair which then the light came on
Got to our room and a key was in the door but didn't work we then tried our key from the box and it didn't work either. Left the property and headed home. We want our money back please

Cons:

Location, the building looked disjointed and tired
Drove all the way from Scotland and was very disappointed

Ok, did what I wanted it for
Pros:

The location didnt look all that great but the property itself was really nice, clean and comfortable

Only stay here if you don't have any other choice
Pros:

Convenient location, easy to check in. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room had a very very strong musty smell to it. Was very overpowering.
The noise coming from the room next door was ridiculous, very loud talking and music all through the night.

Cheap quick stay
Pros:

Room was an ok size with everything you needed. We found parking right out the front, everything was easy to get to for what we needed.

Cons:

Upon entering the building its stunk of weed we dont mind so much but some might, we were right at the top there was no shutter on the skylight which let in light from very early in the morning, unfortunately although the host had tried the bathroom smelt of damp and mould abit like a stagnant fish tank

Complete utility waste of time tryed to get into the property for nearly an hour sent me the wrong lockbox code then cancelled my room for the night
