Cons:

Alcoholic outside the front door, didn't know which key to get,no parking space for the scooter,alley way and backyard covered in glass and broken fridges

Unclean and not as shown in pictures
Pros:

Nothing!
The place wasn't as clean and it does not look like what was shown online. Unfortunately I couldn't take pictures cause I had to leave the accommodation asap to book somewhere else to stay as I was not pleased at alll.

Very disappointing property
Pros:

The property location was in a fairly nice town.

Cons:

The property was not as described in the advert on Booking.com. The photo’s used in the ad are misleading. The studio spaces I booked were not available on arrival - in fact one of the studios was being rented long term to a tenant. The pre-stay information I received was totally incorrect and the key codes provided didn’t work.

Pros:

I didn't stay there, and I'm trying to contact you and no success. I had to book a hotel to stay in that night.

Cons:

I wasn't expecting a room that wasn't what was advertised online; there was a musty smell inside, the area was completely strange with a boring view. Disappointed.

Very unclean
Pros:

The Residency rooms look nothing like the photos. The property is grubby smells of stale smoke and the beds are not a double, they’re a 3/4 at best. The kitchen area doesn’t look like it’s cleaned per stay, in the fridge there was out of date products as far as the 22nd March and we stayed on the 10th April. We planned to cook there, however the oven was grimey and didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years. I appreciate the apartment is cheap but I would expect a level of cleanliness throughout. Soap and water costs nothing! And a good lick of paint would be a good start !

The location is good

Cons:

The bed was terribly uncomfortable, the outside area was absolutely filthy. Rubbish everywhere. An open packet of fish that stank? Yeah it wasn't pleasant at all.

We ended up staying 1 night and went back home on the Saturday evening with friends

Deluxe Doppelzimmer entspricht überhaupt nicht dem angetroffen kleinen renovierungsbedürftigen Zimmer mit Klappbett in 1,40 Breite. Wände sind sehr hellhörig und wenn andere Gäste durch den Gang laufen, wackelt sogar noch dein Bett. Ich musste erst mal eine Tüte voll Müll vom Vorgänger aus dem Zimmer tragen um meine Kleider im Schrank deponieren zu können! Billige Absteige ist wohl eher der Begriff für die Unterkunft, wobei der Preis absolut nicht billig war 🤷🏻‍♀️
