Lack of storage for luggage in the room. (No spot to put suitcases) Very disappointed with the roof top being closed. Main reason why we booked this hotel, guests should have been informed before stay of this

The executive lounge is exceptional
We returned home with full hearts, sad to leave the hotel but even sadder to leave the exceptional team. They went above and beyond every single day to make our stay unforgettable. We cannot thank them enough for their warmth and hospitality!

Very clean and modern rooms, nicely decorated hotel with two nice pools. Executive lounge hours were very nice to start off the evening with free drinks and staff in there were lovely. Lovely food at breakfast.
There is very minimal wardrobe space in the rooms. It feels like design was put before practicality. We were staying for a week with two suitcases and had to live out of the cases as there was only 5 hangers, and only about two drawers, no cupboard and the room was fairly small without your suitcases laid on the floor.
Breakfast area was very crammed and tight spaces, felt like there was too many people for the area it was given. Constantly waiting to let people past.
Large majority of staff were very lovely and friendly other than the odd one who wasn’t very approachable at the entrance to the hotel and was just stood on her phone and slightly rude with her response to a question, didn’t seem a 5 star service.

The hotel was in a great location and very well designed - lots of attention to detail and beautiful rooms and public spaces. We stayed in a corner room, which made very effective use of the space and was quiet, with a great view of the hotel's main pool, which was a good size and well laid out. We also liked the rooftop pool and the Mexican restaurant attached to it, with great views over the city centre. The service at the hotel was particularly outstanding, and we would like to thank Ryan at the Executive Lounge who really went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make our trip just a little bit easier (we had a very late night flight, and he invited us to come back into the lounge after our day out for a drink before heading to the airport, with the possibility of using the hotel showers and changing rooms to freshen up.) The executive lounge was a really great bonus to have in general, offering a relaxed space to sit and enjoy refreshments from all day, along with a more private breakfast and happy hour. We would absolutely return to the Pullman Hill Street.
The breakfast in the main restaurant maybe felt a little busy even though we went early.
