Cons:

I was socked after entering the room. The facilities and behavior of staff was not up to the mark. I booked three room but there was no balcony and one of the room has no window. A bad smell always exists in the room. The rent was to high against their facilities. The complementary breakfast was full of with just porata, egg, vegetables, khicuri, firni, banana and tea. I never suggest any one to book this room for one night like me amounting taka 5000 for premium room.

Pros:

I liked thier food a lot, especially thier tea, chicken Biriyani, breakfast and strawberry milkshake.

Cons:

I didn't like fact I had to pay some money before checking out. I wanted to pay it all together when leaving but the staff kept requesting for money every time I went in and out of the Hotel. I booked online and it says I can pay at the property.
