Loved the room, super comfortable and they had thought of everything!
Pros:

Modern and comfortable

Cons:

No lift, top floor is 3 flights of stairs. Probably just being Lasy but when you’ve been drinking it was challenging! Cast TV didn’t work.

Despite the lift we will definitely return

Addy, his beautiful assistant Madge. Nothing was too much trouble especially given one of us had mobility issues

Cons:

Prijzige accommodatie, maar dat hadden we ervoor over om tijdens de warme dagen airco te hebben (waar Pinnacle groot mee adverteert). Airco was er, maar deze kon alleen de begane grond (het zitgedeelte) koelen en niet het slaapgedeelte op de vide. Daar stond een ventilator. Eigenlijk hadden we toen al kunnen weten dat er iets niet klopte. Want op een goed gekoelde kamer, heb je geen extra ventilator nodig. Toen we dit de volgende dag aan de accommodatie doorgaven, kregen we te horen dat we hier 's nachts de manager hadden moeten bellen. Sorry, maar hoe had de manager 's nachts gaat de airco kunnen verbeteren? Verder is het erg gehorig (de hele nacht voetstappen en deuren).

Pros:

I loved the checkin, very friendly and information staff. The rooms are cute, comfy, and well equipped. We had a nice view this time. The bar with record player is an absolute gem, and the robot a novelty. The location is perfect for ferry and bus arrivals, and for everything that Cowes offers.

Cons:

A point lost for the lift not working, same as last year, I wonder if it ever works.
A point lost for the rubber shower mat in the bathroom, which (plus point) was brand new in package, but when picked up and opened had obviously been mopped around a few times and was frankly a bit gooey and yucky as a result.
The room was pretty expensive, but it was the end of Cowes week so we make allowances for that and will try to come back at a 'normal' time for a short break.

Pros:

A very comfortable and interesting hotel. An oasis of comfortable facilities, great selection of IOW memorabilia. Huge selection of classic vinyl so guests can choose their own music. Super bar with a massive range and service to match.

No limpiaron la habitación y no había personal. Muy mal.

Estupenda ubicación en el centro de Cowes.

Cons:

No nos limpiaron la habitación. Fui a preguntar el motivo y no había personal en todo el hotel y la cafetería y el bar donde nos dijeron que preguntáramos estaban cerrados. Eran las 7pm.
Además, el ascensor no funcionó durante todo el fin de semana, estando ubicado en tercera planta. Un desastre.

Zoe was lovely and goes above and beyond for her customers.
Pros:

We had been at the festival and decided we wanted to stay in Cowes after it for 3 nights, hotel was great location. Lovely rooms and tastefully decorated. We would book a bigger room with sea view rooms next time.

Cons:

The room i booked didn't have air-conditioning but did have a dyson fan, which was a help. Didn't realise how extremely hot the weather was going to be. But Zoe kindly moved us to air-con room, when one was free..
