الاستقبال بعضا منهم لا يتكلمون اللغه الانجليزيه وليس لديهم اي تنسيق مع برنامج بوكينج وعند المغادره اصدروا لي فاتوره طلبات من المقهى مع العلم اني لم اقم بطلبها ولا يوجد مصعد في الفندق حاليا

THE FREE BREAKFAST. HOWEVER!
Please AVOID this hotel. I will repeat, PLEASE, AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. It is not a safe area to stay. They promote prostitution and EMPLOY people to in the hotel who will rob you of your money, items, and sanity. THEY DO CONSTUCTION WORK UNTILL MIDNIGHT EVERDAY, SO THE NOISE INSIDE THE HOTEL IS DEAFENING PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. THERE IS NO PEACE AT PARK LANE HOTEL. AND THEY EMPLOY CHILD LABOUR.
The whole place is a FRONT TO COLLECT US DOLLARS. They smile like nice PEOPLE only to then change once they have you money. They force you to pay via bank transfer and out of the application. This is. It is NOT a safe place to STAY FOR FOREIGNERS. While staying here, I spoke to the manager, and she informed me 1 girl was only 17, and her brother had called and demanded she be sent home as she is UNDERAGE to be working at this hotel. THIS IS TRULY SHOCKING TO ME, AND I WAS LEFT FEELING LIKE MY KIND NATURE WAS USED AND ABUSED. ALTHOUGH THIS REVIEW IS ONLY 5 DAYS. I ACTUALLY SPENT 38 DAYS AT THIS HOTEL, AND I HAVE BEEN ROBBED, USED,ABUSED, AND VERY VERY ILL TREATED. I LET THEM USE MY ELECTRIC FAN TO HELP WITH THE COFFEE CEREMONY, AND THEY FIRED A STAFF MEMEBER AND THAT STAFF MEMEBER STOLE MY FAN. SHE USED TO MAKE AWFUL COFFEE.
THEY DIDN'T OFFER ANYTHING IN RETURN. THEYJUST PRETEND THEY ARE GOING TO ADDRESS IT BUT RELY ON TIME TO PASS AND HOPE U WILL FORGET ABOUT IT.
THE STAFF CONSTANTLY OVER CHARGE YOU, AND ADD ITEMS TO YOUR ROOM BILL THAT YOU NEVER RECEIVED, (BEERS,DRINKS AND FOOD,. I GAVE THEM MY CLOTHS TO WASH, THEY REUINED 4 TSHIRTS, AND STOLE MY TOWLES,(AND GAVE THEOTHER HOTEL GUESTS TO USE. NO ONE OFFERED ANYTHING FOR THAT. FINALLY, THE ROOMS ARE FILLED WITH COCKROACH FROM THE TINY BABIES TO HUGE HUGE ONES, THE HOTEL IS FALLING APART IT JUST LOOKS LIKE ITS NOT.
IT HAS TAKEN ME BY SHOCK THEY WAY THE WOMAN OWNER(TIGIST) HAS TREATED ME. SHE RENTS THIS BUSINESS FROM A (ORIMO MAN) AND SHE Demanded I PAY HER VIA BANK TRANSFER INDIFFERNT COUNTRY AND CURRENCY. SHE SAID SHE HAS A CHILD A SON IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND NEEDS TO SEND HIM MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
SHE THEN FORCED ME TO PAY BY UK BANK TRANSFER (UK BANK TO UK BANK). I FELT LIKE I COULD NOT REFUSE OTHERWISE. THEY WOULD ASKED ME TO LEAVE. I PAID HER £370 AND SHE CHARGED ME A HIGHER RATE!...
THEY ARE ALSO MAKING BOOKING.COM GUESTS PAY THE COMMISON THAT THEY SHOULD PAY TO BOOKING.

From the moment I entered the Parklane Hotel Nisha, the receptionist made me feel extremely welcome. There was another guest who was disturbing other guests, and I had to ask him to relax, and nisha came to the rescue. She asked him again not to disturb others. Ok. Now for the OFFICIAL review. Wow. This I can hostels say has been the best stay in Addis in all my years of travel here. Nisha, kuku, rebka and have made this time really good. Im glad I chose thos hotel. They treat u like family at Parklane Hotel. And this goes a long way when travelling. Room clean each day, complimentary water and tea. U feel like u have paid for a service e at Parklane Hotel. Selamwitt the Manager and Tigst the owner are truly amazing people to know. They handle u always with care, and u feel at home. If you are looking for a place to stay in Addis. You have finally found it!!! This will be my no1 destination in Addis ababa. Dont hesitate, BOOK UR STAY WITH PARK LANE HOTEL TODAY.
