Pros:

The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
The restaurant of the hotel.
We used this hotel as our base to explore Mostar, Blagaj and Kravica waterfall. But you have to always use the car. If you want to stay closer to Mostar historic center maybe it isn't the best choice.

Practical and convenient but not comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful
The food is the restaurant was fresh and clean
The toilet has water hose (shattaf)
Free parking
Having an on site supermarket and restaurant was very convenient

Cons:

The beds are hard for me, but may suite others
Location is not the best
Elevator is not always working
Room size is small
The hotel is on the road, so you get sunlight and street noise early in the morning. If you like to wake up early, this is foe you 😅

Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Emerald in Mostar was truly wonderful. We spent five nights at the hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of.

The service throughout our stay was excellent. The entire hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Everything was organized perfectly, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

A special mention goes to Muammra and her colleague at the reception. They were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance with anything, they were always there to help us with a smile. Their warm and welcoming attitude really made a difference and gave us the feeling of being genuinely appreciated as guests.

We would definitely recommend Hotel Emerald to anyone visiting Mostar. We had a fantastic five-day stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

If we return to Mostar in the future, we will definitely stay at Hotel Emerald again!

موظفون رائعون وخدمة استقبال ممتازة، لكن جودة السرير والوسائد وضجيج المكيف أثرت بشكل كبير على راحة الإقامة.

موظفة الاستقبال كانت ودودة جدًا، محترفة ومتعاونة، وقدمت خدمة ممتازة طوال فترة إقامتي. الفندق جديد والغرفة كانت نظيفة.

Cons:

للأسف لم تكن الإقامة مريحة. السرير كان قاسيًا جدًا وغير مريح، والوسائد كانت بجودة متواضعة وتسببت في آلام بالرقبة. كما أن سرير الأريكة صغير وجودته منخفضة. مروحة المكيف كانت تصدر صوتًا مزعجًا طوال الليل، مما أثر على جودة النوم. كذلك فوجئت بتحصيل ضريبة المدينة بشكل منفصل عند الوصول، وكان من الأفضل أن يتم توضيحها أو تضمينها في تفاصيل الحجز عبر Booking.com، خاصةً وأن الفندق مصنف أربع نجوم، حتى لا يتفاجأ النزيل برسوم إضافية عند تسجيل الدخول
