Fijn hotel op Bjelasnica
Pros:

Fijne kamer, goed ontbijt, gratis opladen van auto

Cons:

In de gastro bar was weinig bediening waardoor men lang moest wachten en bij zwembad veel luiddruktiche kindren

المواقف مزعجة جداً تجلس تنتظر لين يفتحون البوابة وانت متعب من الطريق تضطر انك تنزل تطلب منهم يفتحون البوابة، وتنظيف الغرف يتم ترك الروب تبع الاستحمام ولا يتم استبداله، وكذلك الاكواب لم يتم تنظيفها، الاصنصير يتم الانتظار وقت طويل جداً .

Мы останавливались в отеле в начале июня и указали в бронировании что отмечаем день нашей свадьбы, нам повысили уровень номера в подарок что было очень приятно. Отель очень стильный, в горах атмосфера умиротворения, а горнолыжный курорт в летний сезон имеет свой шарм. Отдельно хочу отметить СПА с панорамными окнами и видами на горы даже из сауны

Solidan hotel, ali komunikacija s gostima ostavlja prostora za napredak
Pros:

Hotel ostavlja sasvim solidan i ugodan utisak. Soba je lijepa, uredna i komforna.

Isto važi i za restoran... ponuda je korektna i sve je uglavnom na dobrom nivou, iako ima prosotra za napredak uzimajuci u obzir kategorizaciju hotela.

Bazen je također lijep i uredan, iako je nešto manjih dimenzija.

Cons:

Nažalost, najveće razočaranje bila je komunikacija s recepcijom, koja nije bila na nivou koji očekujem od hotela sa 4 zvjezdice a posebno uzimajuci u obzir vrlo visoku cijenu za noćenje.

Uz malo više profesionalnosti i ljubaznosti prema gostima, cjelokupan doživljaj hotela mogao bi biti znatno bolji.

Odlicna hrana, profesionalno osoblje i lijepo uredjene sobe

Jako dobar dorucak, večera jos bolja. Osoblje usluzno i profesionalno. Hrana preukusna, svjeza i raznolika. Putovao sam sa suprogom i djecom, sobe je bila jako prostrana. Na zahjev, mozete dobiti besplatno i krevetic za djecu.

Cons:

Za buducnost, mozda prosiriti aktivnosti za djecu, npr. mini djeciji park ili mini igraonica u sklopu hotela. Ostalo sve super.
