It’s quirkiness and location
L'hôtel est idéalement situé.
La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon !
Il manquerait peut être un peu de rangement dans la salle de bain ou un meilleur agencement de l'espace.
Very close to places that we wanted to visit
Annoyed that we couldn’t sit anywhere at the pool area due to some party booked by non hotel guests, and on a Sunday evening when all of us just wanted to chill at the pool!!!!
We were told we only had less than half an hour before we needed to vacate the sitting area.
I feel hotel guests should have priority over others, especially when we are staying longer. There were other guests who were not happy with this arrangement.
We felt like the staff who were there were not keen to hear us and that is disappointing.
The location is great and the cleanliness of the premises and the rooms was good.
The rooms are much smaller than they are published on the website. We had difficulty to move around with just 2 adults and 2 small suitcases. The breakfast was rather limited an repeated for 95% every day missing seasonal fresh fruit on most of the days which was disappointing. We booked this hotel because it had nice pictures of the pool, but we have not been able to use it as it was tiny and always overcrowded. The check-in process is very chaotic and super slow that was totally unacceptable. Overall it was not the best value for money for us and we would be staying somewhere else next time as it does not deliver to 5* hotel expectations even for Singapore.
Staff treated is very kindly in our honeymoon. Breakfast is very good.

Very modern and new with a great rooftop pool and bar. Clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly but the staff at Christina’s restaurant, in particular, were outstanding. The food was delicious at the restaurant and buffet breakfast. Will stay again.
Nothing. The property was great, albeit, the rooms a little smaller than expected.

Staff didn’t have great customer service. Not a family friendly hotel.
Excellent position. Chic arthouse vibe with nice rooms and bathrooms albeit not huge but bed very comfortable. Pool are nice but did get a little busy in early evening. Concierge very helpful.
Lack of public spaces. Just a few chairs by reception but no where to wait. The buffet restaurant a little noisy and staff a little over keen to make one vacate one's table after 1030 breakfast cut off. Polroba lt not somewhere I would hold an informal meeting etc. the breakfast area actually barely sufficient for numbers staying.
