Great stay in Singapore
Pros:

Posizione strategica in zona Chinatown, vicinanza metro, comodità parcheggio antistante all'hotel per essere raccolti dai Grab, posti nelle vicinanze per mangiare. Camera stupenda e pulitissima, spazi comuni eleganti e di classe. Piscina all'ultimo piano con vista spettacolare sulla city.

Cons:

Il ristorante Christina, sotto all'hotel, è chiuso. La piscina al piano superiore è bella ma un po' piccola, così come la lounge. Servizio lavanderia molto caro, hotel in generale molto caro.

Pros:

Pool was amazing. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable

Cons:

Nothing unlikabke but lacked the extra to make it 5 star. Were locked out, called room service but never came, just a few things that lacked personal touch

Pros:

Es war ein Traum! Tolles Personal, tolle Zimmer, tolle Betten (erstes bequemes Bett in Asien gehabt!), sehr sehr sehr gutes Frühstück und Personal IMMER freundlich und zuvorkommend. :) Wenn ich nochmal nach Singapur komme, dann dieses Hotel. Pool mit Ausblick abends ein Traum und fußläufig ein Hawker Center für geiles leckeres günstiges Essen. Nah an zwei U-Bahn-Stationen!

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Die Stühle im Frühstückraum waren schön, aber leider unbequem, lieber auf die Couch am Rand setzen.

A lovely suite doesn’t make up for a disappointing customer experience.
Pros:

Our suite was lovely and had a beautiful view overlooking Chinatown.

Cons:

SERIOUS FAILING OF MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS. After a long travel day with our child and baby, we were told we were UNABLE TO CHECK IN at designated check in time. We were left to wait in the uncomfortable and crowded hotel lobby FOR OVER AN HOUR. When we eventually were able to check in, our BAGS WERE NOT DELIVERED and a cot had not been set up as previously approved. This was highly problematic as we required our bags and a cot to be able to feed our baby and allow him to sleep. After addressing this failing with management, we were advised we would be contacted by the on duty manager that afternoon. WE WERE NOT CONTACTED. The following day, our 5 year old son’s HAND GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR DOOR. Hotel guests attended to first aid of our son quicker than management. Despite ringing alarms in the elevator and screaming for help, no one from the hotel attended on the instance despite guests advising they could hear the alarms from the 11th floor in the hotel lobby. We were initially offered compensation of $100 at their restaurant which we declined and x 2 free drinks at the bar which we did not use due to having young children in attendance. With great reluctance, they refunded $169.25.

Gute Lage, schöner Pool, leckeres Frühstück, schöner Ausblick (12. Stock)

Cons:

Eines unserer 2 Zimmer hatte einen eher unangenehmen Geruch- feucht/modrig (#06).
Beim Frühstück musste man öfter auf einen freien Tisch warten. Insgesamt eher teuer, aber normal für Singapur.
