Pros:

Although our rooms wasn't huge, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was very good
The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The duvet cover was a bit shorter than normal and the airconditioner was a little bit noisy but the room stayed cool enough overnight when we turned it off

Great staff
Pros:

I received a warm welcome from the staff and I found them to be very professional all through my trip.
I received an upgrade on my room and was pleasantly surprised at the large sized room I had, having read so much about tiny rooms in Singapore hotels.
On my departure day I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel safely. I actually was able to have a shower at the rooftop swimming pool after my day's adventure before departing for the airport. A wonderful facility. Thanks to the lovely staff for facilitating that.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the breakfast, so I chose other venues most mornings.

Chambre sans fenêtre mais c’était spécifié dans la réservation. Climatisation trop froide mais comme partout à Singapour
