Go, stay and thoroughly enjoy your time there.
Pros:

It was modern in an ideal location.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was considerable building noise at times due to a new hotel being constructed next door.
However, this was not Artizen’s fault so we lived with this minor inconvenience.

Wunderschönes Hotel bei Orchard
Pros:

Dieses Hotel war eines der besten unserer ganzen 3-monatigen Asienreise! Das Personal ist mega freundilch, alles ist wunderschön eingerichtet und insgesamt herrscht einfach eine gute Stimmung.

Cons:

Die Lage hat uns nicht 100% entsprochen, wir würden nächstes Mal eher bei der Marina ein Hotel nehmen. Wer aber bei Orchard sein will, ist hier richtig.

Super comfortable hotel with wonderful views

Hotel well located , interesting design , poor management and service

The bedroom and location were great

Cons:

Upon arrival have to carry your luggage , not very welcoming at the front desk , not quick reply to request , room full of dust , breakfast not good quality , staff not helpful , forget turn down service , no feedback when issue , phone call at 8.40 am wake us up , no water provided when requested .

We’d definitely stay again and feel
Pros:

We chose the Artyzen because it’s a smaller boutique style with lush greenery. The service was excellent, location was perfect for our needs. The style and decor was superb and gave it a special look. The roof top pool view was great and was not blocked by other tall buildings. Room was modern but stylish touches.

Cons:

Two of the three lifts we’re working so sometimes you needed to wait but that’s it really.
