Clean, comfy and quiet. Close to tube and grocery.

WARNING: Predatory Tactics, Misrepresented Rooms, and £310 Hidden Charges. AVOID!

Absolutely nothing. The deceptive post-stay treatment completely ruined the experience.

Cons:

If you are an international traveler, especially from Asia, read this carefully. We strongly feel we were deliberately targeted by a calculated scheme designed to extort tourists who they assume won't fight back once overseas.

1. MISREPRESENTED ROOM SIZE:
Let's start with the room itself. It was significantly smaller than advertised on the platform. The photos and square footage provided online are highly exaggerated and misleading.

2. DENIED INSPECTION & FABRICATED LIES:
Because we were rushing to catch a train, we explicitly asked the MALE receptionist at the desk to conduct a joint check-out inspection. He flatly refused, stating "the manager will check it later."
When we disputed their subsequent charges, the General Manager (Angelo) actually fabricated a written "witness statement," falsely claiming a female manager (Guendalina) was present and available to inspect. This is a blatant lie—she was never there, and we challenge them to release the front desk CCTV to prove otherwise.

3. OBSCURED EVIDENCE & UNACCOUNTED GAP:
Days after we left, they sent us a £310 deduction for a single allegedly unrepairable radio antenna (we didn't even NOTICE the radio was there throughout our whole stay). There was a massive 48-hour gap before we were notified, meaning anyone (cleaners, staff) could have caused it. Worse, their "before" photographic evidence (they even forged the time) was deliberately taken from a top-front angle that conveniently hides the back of the antenna, making it impossible to prove it wasn't already broken or temporarily taped up before we arrived.

4. PREDATORY TARGETING:
They knew our travel schedule and used it to bypass proper procedures, slapping us with extortionate fees for a "brand new" item once we left the country.

We have escalated this unauthorized transaction to Mastercard’s chargeback dispute department.

Our stay was truly delightful, and we absolutely loved the area. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home throughout our stay.

Výborná lokalita v tiché ulici blízko metra. Pokoj čistý, celkem dobře vybavený.

Cons:

Pokoj byl opravdu malý pro více jak 2 osoby. Ve chvíli, kdy se rozložila pohovka na postel, nebylo možné se pořádně najíst. Chybí digestoř. Pohovka a dekorační polštářky by se mohly vyčisti a vyprat. V koupelně není prostor na odkládání toaletních potřeb.

Nice play and nice stay but not a bedroom apartment as we saw in the photos. Rather, a studio with a separate small room
Pros:

Nice location. Very clean. Good facilities. Air conditioning helped whilst in London.

Cons:

In the pictures there was a separate bedroom but in reality it was a studio with a separate room separated by a curtain which was not what we expected. And it was annoying because we were travelling with our kids meaning we had to go to bed when they did.
