Great location and very easy to check in and staff were very friendly.
There were a few issues, these were rectified quickly but they did impact our stay.
Modern, very clean, lively taste. All need catered for - gorgeous coffee machine. Hand held clothes steamer, hairdryer. Lovely toiletries. Mauricio was really friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. V good value. Bedroom is a mezzanine bedroom and the kitchen and bathroom

It’s a lovely room. Very comfy and stylish. Staff responded to noisy neighbours really well - allowing me to send voice notes of what I could hear. They gave me earplugs and went to investigate.
It’s not their fault but the neighbours were mega noisy. It’s also called serviced apartments but I only had a fridge and a coffee machine (alongside usual amenities), I wouldn’t call it an apartment.

The decor was nice.
The true measure of a provider is often how they respond when things go wrong. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
The apartment was located directly above a popular music venue hosting a licensed event that continued until 3:00am! As a result, we were subjected to loud music, noise from revellers, and significant vibration throughout the night. This was entirely at odds with the website's descriptions of a stay in Cheltenham's "historic Conservation Area" offering "boutique comfort" and a "restful night's sleep."
In the early hours, we contacted the apartment operator to ask what was happening and when the disturbance would end. We were told they were aware of noise issues but could not say when it would stop and advised us to speak to reception in the morning. It was evidently no surprise to the person we spoke to in the morning who referred the matter to management.
After checking out, we received a call from a manager who again acknowledged the issue and promised to investigate. However, no follow-up came and our subsequent emails were completely ignored.
What was most disappointing was that the operator was well aware of the likelihood of disturbance but did not warn guests before arrival. When the issue arose, there was no prompt attempt to take responsibility or resolve matters, despite the source of the problem being clear.
The operator eventually apologised and provided a refund. However, this only occurred after an honest review of our experience was published. By contrast, Booking.com, although only an intermediary, was far more proactive and responsive when contacted.
Potential guests should approach this location with caution. Based on our experience, significant factors that could affect your stay may not be disclosed in advance. Hopefully, by highlighting these issues, future visitors will be able to make a more informed decision.
