Highly recommended
Pros:

The apartments was modern and had a very good standard of appliances.air-con was very welcome with the hot weather

Pros:

Very spacious room with all the facilities we needed.

Comfy, clean, cozy, modern!
Pros:

We loved it, centrally located, clean and really comfy!

Cons:

The only thing there’s no elevator so if you’ve luggages it may be difficult to take it to 2nd 3rd floor you should keep in mind

Gorgeous rooms, very clean, everything you need
Pros:

Gorgeous rooms, great interiors very comfy bed and nice bathroom

Cons:

Could have done with a sofa rather than 2 sitting chairs if I was being fussy but other than that it was great

Really great location, nice decor and bathrooms. Great coffee and drinks facilities

Cons:

I struggled with the stairs. It might be worth having the ability to say when you book if you need a lower floor room as I have a disability and did find it difficult. I should have called before.

The room was comfortable and served its purpose, great location but customer service let it down
Pros:

I liked the city centre location and the close by parking, very easy and reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the overall comfort of the room was good, we liked the bath in the bedroom, and the shower was hot and powerful. Water and milk in the fridge was a nice touch

Cons:

The air con kept switching itself off, not ideal on one of the hottest weeks of the year! We tried a hard reset and multiple tries on and off and eventually it seemed to stay on (after around an hour). The customer service once checked in was non-existent! I had a phone call from Mansley and 3-4 emails in the run up to checking in (slightly OTT). I asked on the phone about a late check out, I was told to send a request through the app once checked in. I did this as instructed in the evening once we had settled. As we were only staying one night I thought someone would let me know before the morning came. I tried again later in the evening, still nothing on the app. I followed up with an email on the morning of check out and no-one ever replied. The lack of customer service really let the stay down. We also had to wash all of the cutlery before we used it as it had dried food on it. There was a lot of noise in the building, whoever was above us was stomping around from about 6:30am, I know this isn’t the hotels fault but it did keep me awake.
