We had the Best stay, superseded my expectations! I felt like I was at home. The apt had all the amenities, we could want. The apt had beach chairs, coolers, a boogie board. The location was close to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. The pool was perfect. We had an amazing stay! I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s not really 5 min walk from the Ritz or the beach. 5 mins definitely by car. But in any case it’s totally recommended to rent a car.
The property was in an ideal location close to beaches (walking distance) and easy to navigate from on a drive.
The second bedroom didn’t have a functioning window and had a weird “mildew” smell.
Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana. L’edificio si trova in una zona tranquilla e residenziale ed è molto vicino in auto a spiagge famose, negozi e ristoranti, a pochi minuti di distanza. La struttura è ben organizzata e tenuta molto bene, con ascensore, piscina e area barbecue. L’appartamento è esattamente come appare nelle foto ed è ben curato. Il parcheggio auto è praticamente sotto casa, quindi molto comodo. Lo consigliamo per una splendida vacanza ad Aruba 🥰!!!
Unica piccola pecca: l’appartamento risultava piuttosto umido, con un odore interno non sempre gradevole. Inoltre, una delle toilette tendeva a bloccarsi frequentemente, all’arrivo erano già presenti due sturalavandini, uno per ciascun bagno, segno che il problema è probabilmente noto. Consiglierei di intervenire in modo definitivo 😉!!!
El departamento muy lindo, moderno, muy completo
En particular nuestro departamento tenía cortinas que no cerraban bien y entraba mucha claridad por la mañana.
El equipamiento. El estacionamiento. Había dos juegos de sillas de playa. Lavarropas. Secarropas. Balcón. Reposición de tohallas.
Aire acondicionado ruidoso. Almohadones del sillón que se desordenan.
Fomos sempre bem atendidos pelo Whatss com respostas rápidas. O apto muit bem equipado e localizado, havia cadeira de praia e cooler disponível que nos ajudou muito. Cama muito confortável, banheiro excelente

I liked how close it was to the beach and night life fun.
No complaints. Everything was perfect
Good location a little bit away from the noise of the busy palm beach area. We loved having laundry, a kitchen, two bedrooms and our own bathroom each for our trip. The room was clean, the staff extremely responsive and helpful. Our own parking spot included in the rental. Next door is the Oak Restaurant which we had dinner at one night and it was excellent. We were too busy exploring so we didn’t use the pool or the gym, but those looked nice as well. Balcony was also nice but we did not sit out there - maybe if we stayed for longer. We would happily stay here again, it’s a good value for the space and amenities.
This is specific to unit 25, but the blinds at night slapping against each other was a little annoying I had to mentally block it out. A lot of blinds were also missing in one of the bedrooms but one of the days they came in and fixed that so it looked a lot better. Some of the towels had set in stains in them, it looked like makeup of someone’s foundation. I knew they were clean though. Not all the towels are like that so if you’re picky speak up they will make it right. Around towels swap there was a miscommunication with the staff and they forgot to swap our towels but did eventually bring them next day. They brought a fruit basket as an apology. Unit 25 had a lot of plastic cups which we didn’t use - I’d suggest to the unit owner to throw them away. Also the pans were nonstick pans and should be replaced with a nontoxic option, one pan was already scratched. We also had a hard time using some of the appliances so wish there were user guides. Overall we would stay here again despite all that.

Clean, modern, and plenty space for family of five.
We were in number 26 and the balcony is in the sun which was great. Combination locks at entry door, apartment door and safe in the apartment. Comfortable parking with dedicated parking space.
2 minute drive to beach. Really enjoyed the stay!
Fitness room could benefit from more versatile equipment and weights, but honestly there are so many better things to do on the island that it didn’t matter.
