Principale dell’hotel, quindi non era compresa la pulizia della camera, che era in realtà un appartamento costituito da due camere, di cui una con salottino, due bagni entrambi con doccia ed una cucina. Potevamo però usufruire dei servizi dell’hotel: spa, palestra, ristorante , colazione

Great location near Tower of London, great wheelchair accessibility including step-free shower, attentive staff who weren't the least bit surprised or bothered by a guest in a wheelchair, close to groceries, Tube, and bus. A kitchenette is essential for us due to food allergies; this one is small and slightly under stocked, but staff happily provided additional pans, knives, and cutting boards as needed.
The room we stayed in had a barrier that covered the lower half of the windows, likely as a safety precaution, but it completely blocked me from seeing the view (that we paid for) if I was in my wheelchair. The property should consider this when describing accessible rooms as having a view.

Es amplio, confortable, luminoso con amplios ventanales y vistas, está bien ubicado, frente a la Torre de Londres y a pasos de la estación de metro.
Son detalles, poca iluminación en las habitaciones y pasillos del hotel, calefacción con unos calentadores eléctricos, algo hermética la habitación para ventilar, escalones en la habitación que hacen que puedas tropezarte
Algo importante es que la habitación la limpian solo después de la tercer noche
