Great central but quiet location

Location was perfect.
Nice size, comfortable.
Don’t take your rubbish out when you leave or you will be stuck in the courtyard with no way back in to the house (the door locks behind you) then you have to scale a 8ft high wall to escape!!

Pues nada, estaba cerca de la catedral anglicana.
Estamos hablando del apartamento 4 del 80 de Rodney Street. Las ventanas sucísimas, casi opacas, mucho excremento de gaviota, el estado de los muebles en relación al precio deplorable, las paredes sucias, la tabla de la plancha en mitad de la habitación, en el baño no había jabón ni champú ni nada, pelos en la encimera una ducha de 80x80 enana, la tapa del inodoro suelta y se veía la suciedad, la luz de la escalera toda la noche encendida y entraba por la media luna de la puerta. Verano y tuvimos que abrir las ventanas por qué hacía bastante calor y ni un triste ventilador y entre las gaviotas que había muchísimas (hay mucho bar cerca y comen de la basura) y los borrachos la noche sin dormir, son tantas las gaviotas que no puedes dejar el coche en la calle por qué te lo encuentras todo lleno de bombas, los estores medio caídos alguna ventana sin contraventana, íbamos para dos noches y nos quedamos solo una y por qué no había otra opción. Location is excellent, check in process was very easy
The view out to the courtyard from the basement flat could be better, it needs a bit of a tidy up
It was close to Liverpool cathedral for my son’s graduation ceremony. It was also very quiet with comfortable beds.
There was only one pillow on each bed so we had to improvise with cushions which isn’t ideal. The rainfall shower head was full of black mould & there was dust on the floor beside the settee & also in the bathroom on the tile ridge .
It was a beautiful apartment, check in was very easy and the location was great

It was up 2 flights of steps which wouldn't suit some people with mobility issues
The location
Blind in lounge was broken. Window latch in lounge was broken. Fridge door shelf missing. No shelf in shower. Sash window in bedroom wouldn't stay open. Bins not been cleaned properly as other people's rubbish in bottom . Check In procedure was unsatisfactory- I had to call because no details had been sent. Was told they'd been sent to Booking.com website which they hadn't. Luckily I know insisted they were emailed unlike 2 other families who weren't able to get in.

The location is near restaurants and grocery stores which is good. The instructions for checking-in is clear. The place is very clean. The ameneties are complete. Lots of pillows. Really comfortable place. Guests are required to clear all waste bins prior to departure, disposing all the rubbish in the designated outdoor storage area.
I couldn't find the place where to leave the rubbish. Can't put clothes in the wardrobe because it was full of beddings but it was okay for me.

Was very hot due to weather. Would have benefitted from AC
Fantastic space, loads of space for the 4 of us. Two sofas turned into 2 sofa beds so that meant we all could have a bed each.
Large bathroom, and lock boxes meant we didn't have to take the keys out with us.
Stones throw from restaurants and city centre.
Fridge for us to chill drinks, even just water.
Would stay here again!
Visited during the heatwave, not hosts fault, but not much ventilation to let some air in. The windows in the bathroom once opened could be seen in to from the coach house at the back and the 4 windows we could open didn't stay open without propping them. This did manage to help us cool the room down for sleeping but was largely aided by the 10° drop in the weather over night
But would stay here again!
