Perfectly equipped - very clean and excellent location
Little trouble with the main door opening - quite difficult to push open
The rooms were spotless and really comfortable. Everything you need for eating drinking and cooking light meals.

I have issues with my knees but didn't find the steps to the top floor too steep at all, plus the views from the top floor were fantastic.
The apartment had everything you'd need for a short stay.
The smell of the black pepper and sandalwood toiletries was addictive :-)
Highly recommend trying the Mermaid pub round the corner for a range of food, including good quality breakfast and drinks.

We were in suite 7 and just felt the sofa was a little small and the bed a little smaller than we're used to, but this isn't a criticism of the apartment facilities at all, as we would most definitely return.

Booking.com didn't email my suite no. N check in details but rampart anytime no. were great and stayed on the phone until I was in.

Just gorgeous and perfect location! Well worth the money!
The room was modern, airy, light, clean and very well equipped. All the kitchen utensils you would need, tea and coffee provided, hairdryer, iron and board etc. The air conditioning was also a welcome extra. We were seeing a show at the Britannia theatre on the Pier and it was in prime location, walking distance and near a variety of restaurants. The view was good too.
Sadly the sleep quality was not great. The boiler for the instant hot water tap under the sink made a lot of noise at regular intervals throughout the night, waking us every time it sprung into action. The blinds meant that the room was very light very early also which meant we didn't get a lay in as we were woken up early. Whilst the bed itself was comfortable, we are not huge people and the bed felt very small.
Good location, very clean apartment, great communication with host , good to stay with kids and close to the nice sandy beach. Thank you 😊

Being very picky the chairs could have been more comfortable and blinds didn't stay up properly
The Rampart was very comfortable cosy and close to all amenities sea view room. Not noisy at all with late night bars even though were fairely close. Would use this hotel again when visiting Great Yarmouth 😃
