No one on the premises. Everything done via email. Feeling that everything was done cheaply.

Cleanliness not good especially communal kitchen area. Attention to cleanliness in room could be improved. Mattress needs replacing. Issues with smell of cannabis.

very steep stairs to room, not mentioned on website. Very difficult to get bags up and down safely.
Strong smell of alcohol when we first entered the property, which was gone by the next day.

We occupied the room above the main entrance having the window open was constant excessive noise from outside.
Room too warm.
Unable to watch TV as the remote control could not reduce the volume.
The shower unit was not water tight and water temperature was very unstable.

We found the bed was too soft for our liking,
There were a lot of small maintenance issues which could create a much better feel for the place, these were communicated on our arrival, one issue was rectified the very next day 😀

Good and helpful overall but access was troublesome

Not enough toiletries, had to buy loo roll and soap. Not a major issue but was a bit frustrating as this was provided (enough for 1 day and night).
I also mistakenly paid for a twin room rather than a double and was just told I can push the beds together, which I felt was a bit unprofessional.

I requested a double bed but the room was a twin. No big deal though.

The carpet of the room I slept was to noisy and makes noise at any step taken inside the room
