Pros:

Very clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything we needed including washing machine/dryer. Comfortable sofas and beds. Amazing shower!

Cons:

Just the location. It's a bit too far away from the town centre and other attractions.

Best stay ever
Pros:

The apartment is fantastic and spotless. This is the best place I've ever stayed. Walkable distance to the central attractions. And 10 mins walkable to one of the best Bakery shop (Lannan). All the staff are very kind and accommodative. They helped me during the self check-in process during my late arrival at night. I will definitely come back here again for sure during my next visit.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike at all.

Fabulous stay, highly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent communication, very comfortable, the apartment was very welcoming. The staff responded immediately to one or two minor fixes like the sink. The bus stop was just outside the property. And there’s a very convenient M&S Simply Food across the road. Overall, a superb stay!

Cons:

Everything was near perfect. There were some tiny fruit flies, but nothing major.

Excellent 5* accommodation.
Pros:

Excellent apartments in great position near to everything, but far enough to not be too busy . We walked everywhere. It is very close to the botanical garden.
The apartments are newly refurbished to a 5* standard.
Comfy beds.
Staff went out of their way to help us after losing an item.

Cons:

There is some traffic noise, but not overwhelming.

A wonderful and clean apartment I.
Pros:

A beautifully clean and comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed and was a lovely apartment. 20min walk to the Old Town and the location is great. The staff were super helpful and lovely! Highly recommend.

Cons:

The walk to the Old Town/city was quite uphill from the apartment, so good to keep in mind if you struggle at all with mobility. It was no problem for me but could be for some.

Like a home
Pros:

I liked my apartment for 4 people. It had everything that I needed including a washing machine and dishwasher which I haven't used as I stayed only for 3 days. The apartment was clean and tidy, towels,shower gels.....were available. I liked the hand cream as my hands are dry after washing. The bus stop is right at the front of the reception.

Cons:

I liked everything and I couldn't find anything I didn't like. My wife was very happy as well, which surprised me too.

We absolutely loved Scotland! We would stay here again. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt very safe walking
Pros:

Our apartment was extremely clean. In fact, we came back from our outing one day to find someone cleaning the apartment. That was very unexpected! The staff were wonderful, and the location was excellent! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

Cons:

The sofa seats were broken down, and it was not very comfortable to sit on. The kitchen was not very well equipped for an extended period.

Clean, quiet, well equipped, lighly-decorated
Pros:

I loved that it is a straightforward, comfortable, clean, well-thought-out accommodation with a large bed, a good but very firm mattress, easy access and a parking space. Supplies include: an iron, umbrellas, teas, coffee, fluffy towels, lovely undecorated spaces, good quality soaps and snacks. The area is quiet, yet within walking distance from the city center.

Cons:

There could be a coffee machine with some capsules or ground coffee to elevate the experience. The bedroom lights are a bit harsh, but I appreciate the bedside tables. The bulbs could be replaced with a less bright, warmer (2700K) light bulb. The mattress was really firm, so anyone who is a side-sleeper can find it a bit hard to find a good position.
