Niks bijzonders. Als ik iets zou moeten noemen, dan zou ik zeggen dat het een smal bed (1.40 breed) is.

Check-in time is not 3pm as stated on booking.com, it is actually 4pm with absolutely no wriggle room as according to the owner they have ‘been experiencing glitches’ on some websites they use (even though this property was booked shortly after we got tickets for the concert in Feb and it stated 3pm check-in at that time) and they had to keep to ‘a tight schedule’. When we arrived at 4:15pm, the owner was still inside cleaning and told us he had been delayed due to the power being off however, miraculously it was working again in time for our arrival.
The futon was very very uncomfortable, absolutely rock hard to sleep on and the bottom sheet provided didn’t fit. Tried to sleep on top of the duvet to soften it but that didn’t work either. Recommended to owner to provide mattress topper that can be placed on when setting up as I refuse to believe anyone could get a comfortable nights sleep on it.
I stripped the bedding that I had used on the sofa bed in the morning (something that I always do) and the actual duvet was filthy. I didn’t strip the bedding off the main bed as I didn’t want to see what my daughters had slept on. Sheets and duvet cover/pillow cases were clean though.
There is also no parking available - I used the Just Park app to source parking on a residents driveway just a little bit further down the same road.
I would say this flat was a little overpriced considering we only stayed for one night however, maybe everything is London is a little more expensive than I’m used to.

If you're above a UK size 20 or heavily pregnant don't stay here as you will not fit into the shower, I could not get through the doors and friend could but then could not close them. She also said the temp of shower changed continually during shower.
Advertised as having Aircon, there may have been somewhere in the building as it felt mildly cool in the hallway but there was no Aircon in the room itself just a cheap fan. Had heating so probably ok in winter.
Bed very uncomfortable, 2nd night I slept upright on the sofa.
Everything looked clean but friends feet were very dirty when she came out to main room after shower, was able to visibly leave a footprint on the sheets afterwards.

With the heat we really wanted a cold shower but couldn’t get the water temp to lower very much, also making the bathroom extremely hot. Having the front room on bottom floor we got disturbed by deliveroo drivers delivering to other rooms a few times, could maybe do with a sign on the door asking them to ring their customers and not disturb that bottom room? :)

Just the shower needs a power shower really but thats a preference

This studio rooms 3 people but comfortably fits 2 in the double bed. The futon pull out is very ridgy and uncomfy, there was a duvet and pillow provided but without a duvet cover

Abbastanza vicino allo stadio di Wembley, per questo lo abbiamo scelto. Al ritorno dal concerto la zona era un po’ isolata (tutte le aree commerciali chiuse) ma il pezzo “buio” è breve. A mio avviso mancava un cuscino se si dorme in due. Erano presenti due cuscini molto alti ma più per figura che per dormire e uno solo era per dormire.
I velux sul tetto lasciano entrare la luce fin dalle 4.30 del mattino, quindi si dorme molto meno se si è abituati al buio…

There was no AC and only 1 table fan which is not enough in the summer heat. Our stay was extremely uncomfrtable. After requesting several times the owner provided 1 more fan. Also when we checked in, the property was not so clean.

terrible experience, very unfriendly and doesnt want you to use hot water or heating so expected to just sit and shower in the cold, if we or anyone is paying for the full studio then they should be free to use everything as its paid.
the room where the tv was the fuse was removed from the heater on purpose. dont book. -

The fact that you suggested it may have been a different property and claimed that the heating and water were functional is very concerning. You had removed the fuse from the electric heater in the living room area, so it is difficult to understand how you can make such a claim.

Mr Patel had a very unpleasant experience. While he may have personally taken a softer approach when speaking with you, as management we cannot accept the way our staff were treated. It is also disappointing that the only reason you contacted him was to ask for the review to be removed.

At this point, we would expect you to respond with honesty & take responsibility for the poor service provided. Before asking us to remove the review, we would require a full refund for the stay.
