Los baños están bien.
La zona es tranquila.
El trato fue correcto.

La habitación es pequeña.
La cocina está en otra planta, poco cómodo.
La ubicación está mal situada.
Y lo peor con diferencia: el calor. En pleno julio no había ni un triste ventilador, y el aire acondicionado es centralizado y no funcionaba bien. Lo pusimos al 16 y a tope y no enfrió en toda la noche. Tras unas 3 horas hablé con la persona encargada y solo me dijeron que esperara. No pudimos dormir del calor que hacía.

J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement en étant conscient que, vu le tarif, la zone ne serait pas exceptionnelle, ce qui ne m’a pas posé de problème. Le logement est propre, ce qui est un point positif.
En revanche, un élément important n’était pas clairement mentionné dans l’annonce : les toilettes et la douche sont partagées entre toutes les chambres. Cette information est, selon moi, essentielle et devrait être indiquée explicitement. J’ai été très déçu en le découvrant sur place, car je ne suis pas à l’aise avec le fait de partager ces espaces avec des inconnus.
Cela m’a donné le sentiment d’un manque de transparence, voire d’avoir été induit en erreur. C’est dommage, car avec une information claire dès le départ, chacun pourrait réserver en toute connaissance de cause.

Está bien, para pasar una noche porque tengas que hospedarte por algún motivo laboral ect, pero ya está.
Pros:

Un lugar económico para pasar una noche rápida para después coger un vuelo, ya que está cerca del aeropuerto.

Cons:

- no hay aire acondicionado, tiene climatizador, pero con 43 grados en Sevilla, era insuficiente, dormíamos dos personas en una habitación muy pequeña.
-faltaba limpieza en el dormitorio (el cuarto de baño, que es comunitario) estaba limpio.

Wszystko byli zgodnie z opisem i oczekiwaniami. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie.

Kontakt z obuektem ograniczony, bo wiadomość o kodzie dostępu dostałam na WhatsApp a NIKT mi tego nie wskazał. Tak tez czekałam 2 h pod drzwiami przed północą aż przyszedł inny lokator I razem doszliśmy gdzie jest ten kod.

Der Kontakt war zügig und problemlos. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Als wir ankamen wurde bereits im Aufenthaltsraum geraucht. Wir reisten mit unserem fünf Monate alten Baby an und haben die Unterkunft abends spontan gebucht da wir nicht mehr weiter wollten mit dem Kleinen. Daher blieb uns keine andere Wahl. Definitiv aber direkt unangenehm.
Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig. Man hört wirklich alles. Es gibt eine Ruhezeit an die sich das Nachbarzimmer nicht hielt. Es wurde Nachts geduscht und gekocht.
