Pros:

La habitación era pequeña pero estaba muy bien equipada y organizada, tenía una televisión grande que disfruto mucho mi hija. todo estaba limpio, no había ruido, se puede aparcar cerca, la cocina estaba limpia y bien equipada y tiene bastantes cosas para preparar un desayuno. La decoración del lugar es agradable y acogedora y toda la casa tiene un agradable aroma.

Die Unterkunft war für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie aus unserer Sicht nicht geeignet. Bereits nach dem Betreten der Zimmer fiel ein starker Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch auf. Aufgrund dieses Zustands haben wir die Unterkunft nach kurzer Zeit – etwa zehn Minuten nach Ankunft – wieder verlassen. Eine Übernachtung hat ausdrücklich nicht stattgefunden.

Trotzdem behaupteten die Unterkunftsinhaber im Nachhinein, dass wir die Nacht dort verbracht hätten. Auf unsere Hinweise wurde nicht sachlich eingegangen, stattdessen wurde an dieser falschen Darstellung festgehalten und der Betrag einbehalten.

Aus diesem Grund können wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen und raten zukünftigen Gästen, insbesondere Familien, vorab genau auf die Bedingungen zu achten.

Desde nuestro punto de vista, el alojamiento no era adecuado para una estancia en familia. Apenas entramos en la habitación, percibimos un fuerte olor a humo de cigarrillo. Debido a esta situación, abandonamos el alojamiento poco tiempo después, aproximadamente diez minutos tras la llegada. No pasamos la noche allí en ningún momento.

Aun así, los propietarios afirmaron posteriormente que sí habíamos pasado la noche en el alojamiento. No mostraron disposición para aclarar la situación de manera objetiva, mantuvieron esa versión incorrecta y retuvieron el dinero.

Por este motivo, no podemos recomendar este alojamiento y aconsejamos a futuros huéspedes, especialmente familias, que revisen cuidadosamente las condiciones antes de reservar.

Inflexíveis. Preço exagerado para o que oferece.

A WC estava limpa, embora servisse vários quartos.

Cons:

Quase tudo. Foram super inflexíveis em aceitar que cancelasse a reserva, mesmo eu tendo ligado 1 minuto depois a explicar que me enganei na data. Mudaram-me a data, cobrando um valor super excessivo para as condições do alojamento. Tinham conseguido alugar o quarto na mesma, mas quiseram ser gananciosos.
O quarto cheirava sempre a fumo, dava impressão ser fumo de lareira (estranho porque estava calor nesta data) que sinceramente não percebi de onde vinha, não era da rua porque deixávamos a janela fechada, penso que vinha dos respiradouros.
Pequena almoço super fraco, básico dos básicos, mais uma vez o valor cobrado super excessivo.

Excelente Estadia em apartamento bem equipado!
Pros:

Do apartamento em geral está muito bem conseguido e aproveitado. Permite estar à vontade e preparar refeições para comer no local bem como para o bebe!
Quarto Ok, com tamanho razoavel. Wc tambem suficiente para o nr de quartos.

Cons:

Nada que me lembre.
Talvez só o facto de não haver muita informação sobre o ter de subir para o 1º piso, considerando que tinhamos 1 carrinho de bebe, tornou a coisa um bocado + dificil, mas orientamo-nos!

El espacio común del piso de arriba y la cocina.

Cons:

El ruido, escuchaba muy nítidamente los sonidos de la habitación contigua. Las paredes necesitan más aislamiento.
Costaba mucho trabajo abrir la puerta de acceso al piso superior.
