Pros:

Los cuartos muy limpios, bonita picina.. Lo unico es que todavia estan en contruccion y la vista por la vnetana era fea por lo mismo.

Cons:

terminar rapido la construccion para poder tener salida rapida a la calle que da al mar

Agradable, es la segunda vez que voy, pero esta segunda vez no fue tan grata la experiencia

La atencion, el personal es muy amable.

La limpieza, mi habitacion estaba sucia y el AC nos despertaba por el fuerte ruido que hace cada cierto tiempo

Esta al mig de la festa, cada nit fins la 1 hi habia moltissim soroll no l’haguessim agafat mai si ho haguessim sapigut.
D’alrra banda no netejen l’habitació cada dia i el llit es petit i no es cómode.

Hotel en la zona del Tunco muy agradable con piscina. Cerca de la playa y de restaurantes.

Cons:

Si no conoces la zona como nos paso a nosotros es una zona de mucha actividad nocturna, se oye mucho ruido de bares y fiesta y es dificil descansar si es lo que buscas. Ademas hay poca zona de playa, es mas para hacer surf a nivel avanzado si tambien es lo que buscas

Its a nice place to stay overall.
Pros:

The place is beautiful & right next to Kakos & beach, which were my destinations.
The rooms were clean & beds very comfy.
Had shared bathrooms but were pretty clean.

Has nice parking space. No extra.

Cons:

Upon arrival In my rental car with multiple family, everyone else was leaving to other hotels, however the car was rented by me, one of the reasons I chose Zelen. As we are unloading to exit, this guy instantly confronts me theres only 2 rooms reserved & for 5ppl.
Which we were 4 actually staying here. He proceeds to say; everyone else needs to be out of our hotel. It was not needed to be said so rudely, as we already knew & they were exiting the parking lot. Employees need to be friendlier

Cumple con lo ofrecido para su precio
Pros:

Está cerca del mar, bien ubicado, porque es caminable hacia todas partes, para comer, tomar un café o simplemente salir. La habitación tiene una decoración linda, AC. Hay piscina.

Cons:

El hotel está en obras. Se nota que tiene más potencial una vez que esté terminado. Si buscas descanso y silencio, este no es el lugar, porque está cerca de la fiesta. La música termina a 1am, y se siente alta en las habitaciones. Si buscas calma, es mejor un lugar más lejos del mar.
