Its a nice place to stay overall.
Pros:

The place is beautiful & right next to Kakos & beach, which were my destinations.
The rooms were clean & beds very comfy.
Had shared bathrooms but were pretty clean.

Has nice parking space. No extra.

Cons:

Upon arrival In my rental car with multiple family, everyone else was leaving to other hotels, however the car was rented by me, one of the reasons I chose Zelen. As we are unloading to exit, this guy instantly confronts me theres only 2 rooms reserved & for 5ppl.
Which we were 4 actually staying here. He proceeds to say; everyone else needs to be out of our hotel. It was not needed to be said so rudely, as we already knew & they were exiting the parking lot. Employees need to be friendlier

Pros:

Está cerca del mar, bien ubicado, porque es caminable hacia todas partes, para comer, tomar un café o simplemente salir. La habitación tiene una decoración linda, AC. Hay piscina.

Cons:

El hotel está en obras. Se nota que tiene más potencial una vez que esté terminado. Si buscas descanso y silencio, este no es el lugar, porque está cerca de la fiesta. La música termina a 1am, y se siente alta en las habitaciones. Si buscas calma, es mejor un lugar más lejos del mar.

Era limpio y están muy cerca de la playa

Cons:

La habitación debería tener al menos un resfrigerador, la piscina cerrabas las 8 y no se podía dormir temprano porque la musca de la fiesta de al lado está a full volumen

Pros:

Este lugar tiene una ubicación ideal cuando se desea estar muy cerca del mar y la fiesta en El Tunco. Habitaciones cómodas con detalles de decoración bonitos. Tanto el ingreso como la salida son rápidos y sin mayores inconvenientes.

Cons:

During my stay the Hotel were building new Cabins = Construction Side.

The room had a very intense smell, smelled fresh but gave me headache. Maybe it was new paint or something else.

Beside that I can recommend the place. Really close to the Food Market and Beach.
Nice Pool.

Lugar bonito, personal muy amable y sitio limpio. Buena ubicación.

Cons:
