Exceptional Hospitality, Fantastic Food & a Stay We Wished Was Longer
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Ayom Suite, and our only regret was that we stayed for just one night!

From the moment we arrived, our host, Jessica, was incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating. We were travelling as a family with our elderly mother and our 9-year-old son, and we truly appreciated how attentive Jessica was to our needs. Her genuine hospitality made us feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout our short stay.

Another highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant. The meal we had there was fantastic and easily one of the most memorable meals of our trip. The quality of the food, together with the lovely atmosphere and excellent service, made dining there an experience in itself.

The suite was comfortable and provided a lovely setting for us to relax as a family. We genuinely wished we could have stayed for more than one night, as our time at Ayom passed far too quickly.

One thing guests may wish to be aware of is that Ayom is located near several mosques, so the calls to prayer can be heard, including at certain times when guests may be resting. However, we really appreciated that Ayom had thoughtfully anticipated this and provided earplugs for guests. It was a small but considerate touch that showed how attentive they are to their guests’ comfort and peace.

Overall, we had an excellent and memorable experience at Ayom Suite. Between Jessica’s warm hospitality, the fantastic food and the thoughtful attention to guests’ needs, our brief stay left a very positive impression on us.

Thank you, Jessica and the Ayom team, for making our one-night stay such a lovely one. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we would happily return! ❤️

De mens zijn heel erg aardig en behulpzaam

Cons:

Niks. Er is een moskee in de buurt maar we kregen zelfs oordopjes dus niks gemerkt (vroeg wakker worden).

Pros:

The staff is really friendly and will help you out with anything. The tv has netflix (already logged in!) that you can use right away which is a nice service! Room and anything else is clean. And: Every hotel needs someone like May, she is literally doing every job: reception, communication, serving food...

Cons:

As the bathroom is half opened, you have to deal with some mosquitos. We had a balcony but you're actually looking to a wall with some plants, could be nicer. Scooter rental not possible in the hotel so you need to rent somewhere else, which in Mataram, somehow, is not as easy as anywhere else.
You should know that the hotel is more like in a local area, there are not touristic things around. There is a mall and mosques of course but if you wanna head to beaches, you need to drive a bit.

Just perfect 💯
Pros:

Cons:

We could hear constant sounds everytime the wardrobe in front of our room opened. Need more sun beds by the pool, by now there are only two available

The staff were amazing, the rooms were very nice and clean. Good aircon that wasn’t noisy. Everything was well thought out. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Clean and perfect service
Pros:

The hospitality and the service of the staff is unmatched. They exceeded our expectations big time. Everything was very clean and tidy and the staff was very helpful. Big reccomendation, the location is on the side of the city so not too busy and secret gilli tour and Senggigi are doable activities from here, not to far.

Nothing to say, except some more sunbeds at the pool
