I strongly advise
Pros:

They accepted my early check in, that was morning and hotel was fully booked.. so madame yasmine there upgraded my room also to a suit which is much better then most of 5stars with that japanese style toilets.. also they got smoking lounge in lobby, that saved to be burnt outside in Qatar sun.. their in house restaurant dishes were delicious.. i just coulnt find anything to complain.

Pros:

Clean, approachable and accomodating staff.

Cons:

Theres no toothbrush even one, no slippers, no bath towel. 1 bar soap only, 1 set of conditioner and lotion also theres no comb, shaving kit, some basic toiletries theres no set up in the room eventhough i ask for it in my online booking since were staying for 2. I am checking in here for like 6+ more but i think im gonna look for more other hotels nearby that has complete toiletries in the room

NOT GOOD VERY TRAUMATIZING BUT STILL CONSIDER CHECKING IN

Approachable staff

Cons:

I was so scared that i use once the hairblower and it smells like burning wire. When we check the hairblower it was melting. And the room is full of smoke. So we panic and called for engineering and they came immediately. We didnt stay in the hotel since we were scared and return the next day. They just pullout the hairdryer with no replacement. Exhaust fan not working so toilet is very smokey when it happened. Also the AC is very warm eventhough it was set in the lowest temp

I love the receptionist, I don’t know the name but while I checked in there was Filipino and while I checked out there was a man with a batch of Bahadur … but both of them are outstanding… seriously… in my experience they are outstanding entire of the world …
