الفندق ممتاز وانصح بالإقامة فيه ونظيف والخدمة ممتازة
Pros:

موقع الفندق جيد وسهل الوصول اليه وسهولة الوصول إلى جميع الاماكن التي كنت انوي زيارتها.
موظفة الاستقبال (عبير) تعاملها راقي وتتابع كل شئ عن الشقة وتسأل عن مدى رضانا عن الفندق او إذا كان هناك اي ملاحظات
كذلك توجد خدمة ركن السيارات في المواقف وسريعين في احضار السيارة عند الخروج
سرعة استلام الغرفة عند الوصول وسرعة تسليم الغرفة عند المغادرة.

طريقة الإفطار غير ماهو متبع في فنادق الخمسة نجوم
بتوفير بوفية مفتوح وتتوفر فيه جميع الأصناف . يتم توفير بعض الأصناف مثل النواشف والأجبان اما الأطباق الرئيسية يوجد لها قائمة ويتم الطلب منها وهذا يؤدي إلى التأخير في تناول وجبة الإفطار.

بشكل عام، كانت الإقامة ممتعة، وأشكر جميع العاملين على حسن التعامل والخدمة

كانت تجربة الاستقبال وتسجيل الدخول ممتازة، وأتقدم بالشكر الجزيل للسيد أشرف على حسن تعاونه وسرعة إنهاء إجراءات استلام الغرفة بكل احترافية.

أما الغرفة فكانت جميلة، نظيفة، ومريحة، كما أن خدمة الغرف كانت جيدة وتلبي التوقعات.

حجزت الإقامة مع وجبتي الإفطار والعشاء، وكانت الوجبتان تُقدَّمان بنظام Set Menu مع إمكانية اختيار الأصناف من القائمة. كان العشاء مميزًا جدًا، فجميع الأطباق التي تم اختيارها كانت لذيذة ومقدمة بطريقة رائعة واحترافية. أما الإفطار فكان جيدًا ومتنوعًا بشكل مناسب.

Pros:

Ms. Nour was so gracious with our family’s booked accommodation. She was very personable, made sure our stay was awesome, and helped us with our queries. In our room, there was cake and she even wrote me a handwritten note to congratulate us for my graduation celebration! This review is a bit late. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again! الاطلاله والموقع عاديين جدا لكن بشكل العام يمكن اعادة التجربه

الاقامه مريحه والموظفون محترمون خصوصا ميسان بالاستقبال والمسؤول بالشفت الليلي كان هندي او باكستاني لم اعرف اسمه لكنه متعاون جدا ومحترم وهو شخص واحد كان يرتدي بدلة سوداء

The hotel's location and prices are very reasonable. The hotel and rooms are very clean, the service is fast, and the staff are helpful. Overall, and especially Noor, her manner is very classy and polite.

الفندق نظيف وهادىء وفريق العمل في قمة الرقي وافضل ماجعل إقامتنا مميزة هو بداية من تسجيل الدخول مع الأخت ميساء و تسجيل الخروج مع الأخت نور ، لهما جزيل الشكر والتقدير على الاستقبال الطيب والحرفية العالية ، كما اود ان أشكر رئيس فريق العمل في قاعة الافطار لم اتشرف بمعرفة اسمه لكنه هندي الجنسية رجل بشوش وفي منتهى الاحترافية بالعمل
