Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!
Special thanks to the staff: everyone was amazing. I was traveling with a child, and they were very attentive and caring, which I truly appreciated. The girl at the reception was also very kind and welcoming.

The spa area was spotless, this morning they cleaned everything very thoroughly, and it was приятно to relax there. The sauna is very spacious, and the pool is also quite large. A big plus is that you can order tea and food from the restaurant directly to the spa area.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing 🔥
The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. I also loved that the rooms have bathrobes, such a nice touch that adds extra comfort.

The location is perfect as well - right across from a big shopping mall, which is super convenient.

The terrace was also beautiful and very cozy.

I had a great experience and would definitely come back again.

Cons:

The only small downside was the water pressure in the shower, which could be a bit stronger.

If location is key for you then I would recommend.
Pros:

Location is great. Shopping mall is right accross the road, a bunch of cafes and restaurants is nearby.
Breakfasts were good.

Cons:

There was no designated suitcase ramp at the entrance. AC couldn't really cope with the high temp in room.

Мы жили в номере 505 и видимо по соседству с нами была комната для персонала, который все время было слышно.
Странно но персонал по уборке комнат не особо здоровался, но все это явно устранимо и в целом не сказалась на хороших впечатлениях от отеля

Очень комфортный отель и отзывчивый персонал.

Pros:

Ogólnie było ok. Pokoje czyste, widok na góry, personel na recepcji pomocny. Restauracja 24h super! Jedzenie w restauracji przepyszne. Rewelacyjny spa z usługami masażu. Ale za taką cenę to za mało.

Cons:

Śniadanie średnie, monotonne, zbyt mała sala trzeba było czekać w kolejce, lub iść z talerzem do innej sali. Słaba klimatyzacja, nie grzało w łazience, trzeba było prosić ogrzewacz. Pokoje nie zbyt świeże wymagają drobnych poprawek. Plakietka nie przeszkadzać na drzwiach nie działa, śpisz i w nagle niewiadomo jakieś panowie chcą wymierzyć jakiś rozmiar szkła, nie informowano mi wcześniej. Winda żyje swoim życiem, potrafi zatrzymać się na każdym piętrze kiedy jest wypełnione. Pani sprzątające mogą głośno oglądać tik-toki w korytarzach i windach, rozmawiać face time nie zwracając uwagę na klientów. Drzwi centralne duże nie działały, trzeba było wchodzić przez małe drzwi, czasami był taki prąd że ciężko było otworzyć lub zamknąć. Brak osoby do pomocy z bagażami. Kolega dostał niższy poziom lokalu niż było zarezerwowano, w znak przeprosin dostał szampana, ale nie zmienia faktu że dzień mieszkał w podstawowym pokoju.
