Pros:

The property is nice although I wish they had bigger rooms as we booked double bed but the room was small making the beds touch together.The food was amazing and the property was clean , we didn’t have the Yango app the stuff was helpful they would request for us every time we needed to go somewhere.They have a scale at the reception area , where you can weigh your language before heading to the airport.

Cons:

The towels , they need to invest in new towels and linen

they denied us airport transfer, even its stated on booking, that we have one way included...manager is never available, staff dont care, bathroom dirty and old towels, always when we asked to speak to the manager, they say, hes not available, find stupid excuses

Pros:

Paulos the guys at the reception on the day we got there was so helpful, Luisa was expectional, the guys at the door was also kind and helpful. Our linen was changed everyday. We felt at home definitely coming back.

Cons:

The lady who worked at the reception the day after Paulos was very ignorant and rude.

very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

the guy at the reception wasn't friendly at all and when we told him that we requested YANGO to take us to the bus station, he opted to call his friend the charged taking 2 of our friend 400MT while 3 of us only paid 140MT, that was not cool at all. We also struggled to check-in, the card machine was acting up and had to go to the ATM to get cash for payment. when we checked out, we were told there was an amount that they forgot to charge that we had to pay.. Will not book there ever again.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans le centre-ville

Cons:

Les douches étaient bouchées, dans la chambre s’entendait tous les bruits du couloir. Personnel pas sympathique.

Pros:

Gostei do quarto em si, no início queriam meter-me num quarto muito mau com janelas partidas e + pequeno do que o quarto que me foi atribuído posteriormente, mas depois o quarto que me foi atribuído após ter recusado o primeiro acabei por gostar bastante.

Cons:

O único problema do hotel é mesmo a quantidade de ruído, especialmente dos outros hóspedes, às vezes ouvia-se música e pessoas aos berros às altas horas da madrugada, sem ser isso o hotel é muito bom.

O alojamento é organizado e bonito mas existem certas coisas que não concordo.

Cons:

O atendimento é aceitável mas existem alguns trabalhadores rudes. Um deles deixou-me constrangida com certos pedidos pessoais e arrogância no atendimento.
