Hotel close to airport. However noisy and busy. Prefer relaxed Fiji vibe.
Pros:

Good choice of restaurants and close to airport. Coffee at Bean cafe brilliant! Staff as always in Fiji absolutely lovely. The decor of foyer is impressive.

Cons:

Room very noisy and hotel very busy so not a good recipe for a relaxing stay. I expect hotel better suited to young people or families. The room service food was average. The beds are too soft for me.

Overpriced stay, staff treating us like third class citizens, stale food

* Paid **AUD 4,300** for a stay that fell far below expectations. I was alone with my 5-year-old son for 3 days after my husband left on business.

* Very little to do besides the pool. No pool towels available, and my son was refused an unused float because it was "reserved."

* Room lacked basic amenities (bathroom bin, decent pillows, comb). Dusty A/C caused us to wake up coughing and sneezing.

* Reception was slow and unhelpful. Couldn't provide sanitary pads or Panadol. Pillow, comb, and housekeeping requests took 4-7 hours.

* Food was poor. All 7 restaurants served similar food, often cold with 30-40 minute waits. Breakfast buffet was repetitive and disappointing.

* Kids' club was overcrowded, poorly ventilated, disorganized, and not somewhere I felt comfortable leaving my child.

* Taxi booking took nearly an hour. Staff were dismissive when asked for shopping recommendations.

* Late checkout was refused despite rooms appearing available online.

* Only housekeeping, maintenance, waitstaff, and recreation staff were warm and helpful.

* We felt treated differently as guests of Indian descent compared to Caucasian guests. For the price paid, I would not recommend this resort.

Best and closest 5 star hotel to the international airport .
Pros:

Classy hotel , nice rooms , food and restaurants . Comfortable beds . Third time staying and will return . Location is a great stop over hotel for arriving and departing from international destinations .

Pros:

The location from Nadi airport was great, close to the port. There were restaurants in walking distance to our resort.Breakfast daily was excellent.

Cons:

It was very expensive to eat and drink at the Crown Plaza Fiji. Luckily, we could walk to other restaurants that were cheaper.
