Food and Service
The property itself is gorgeous, it's a very short drive from the airport (15 min max), the pools are great and the vibes especially around Urban Sugar Cafe are fantastic. Breakfast was great and in general I enjoyed the food that i ate in the restaurants.
Service was very hit and miss. From when we initially checked in, the front desk clerk made an error and accidently charged us an extra holding charge and this charge was almost equal to the amount we owed for the entire stay. She said we had to wait until the following day to fix this error with the manager. While it was fine for us if someone doesn't have a high limit on their credit card that would have meant their card was maxed out just from checking in. We ended up chasing this up a few days later but it still took 2 days for the charge to drop from the card. The biggest issue we had was with the laundry service. We called before 9am for the laundry to be picked up (which was what we were told to you) and we ticked the box for express (4 hour service) but in the end it took 9 hours for the laundry to be delivered. We were called 3 times to pick up the laundry from reception but the first two times we went the front desk clerks were confused and had no idea who had called us as our laundry was still not there. My final complaint is the general rude/strange behaviour of certain staff members. On our final night we went to the tour desk to book a taxi and we were asked to go back to the front desk to pay. My cousin asked the staff member how her shift was and she was told 'it's been a long day' in a very rude tone to the point that the staff member next to her was shocked and then started giggling. Also had bad service at the Azura cafe despite the fact that there was no one in the cafe at the time. It sucks because we had a good time at other spots such as Urban Sugar and La Bottegga.

Our room could have done with a sponge for the kitchen and a tea towel.
