No tenia un refrigerador pequeño.
In the center of San Salvador.
Little street noise, but a terrible echo in the hallways. You can hear every door slam, every conversation, and the cleaning ladies moving furniture.
Very friendly doorman.
Nice hot shower.
The mattress is very soft.
Only three hangers in the closet, and the lady at the front desk refuses to give us any more.
I liked that the staff was very friendly. There was a kind gentleman at the entrance who never let me carry anything up. He was so kind and so helpful. The view was wonderful from my room where I had a small terrace. Although too hot to sit there during the day, the evenings and mornings were very nice.
For the price, there are zero complaints. It was actually better than I expected it to be. There is no elevator, but it’s an old building and, again, they are so helpful that it’s not a big deal. If you are not very mobile, this may not be the place for you.
Location was great for the historical centre and parking was included. The Aircon made it comfortable too. Fast WiFi.
It was definitely clean enough but there could have been more attention to detail. Rooms are on the small side but as a base to sleep it was sufficient.

The location was lovely, and a few steps away from one of the most beautiful Starbucks I've ever been to, right at the city center. The room was clean and easy to get to and the bathroom was spotless. Friendly staff, pretty straightforward check-in and check-out process. We were only there for a couple of nights so it was perfect for our needs.
A little bit of background noise at night around 9pm during the first night. I don't love taking the stairs but thankfully we only had to go up a couple of flights, I wouldn't recommend this place to someone that has any walking impairment.
Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue su excelente ubicación. El Centro Histórico se encuentra aproximadamente a tres cuadras, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad y el acceso a los principales lugares de interés. También destaco el confort de las camas y la limpieza de las instalaciones, aspectos que hicieron la estadía más agradable. Asimismo, el personal de seguridad fue muy amable y servicial; estuvo atento a nuestra llegada y nos apoyó con el traslado de las maletas
Como aspectos por mejorar, la atención de la recepcionista podría ser más cordial, ya que en nuestra llegada percibimos una actitud poco amable. El parqueo se encuentra un poco retirado del hotel, lo cual puede resultar incómodo. Durante la noche necesité agua caliente y, aunque la recepcionista contaba con un microondas, no fue posible recibir apoyo para calentarla.
También considero importante mencionar que la falta de elevador puede dificultar el acceso a los niveles superiores, especialmente al cuarto nivel. Por último, la habitación con dos camas resultó un poco pequeña para una estancia cómoda.

lo que no me gusto que me cobraron 10 dólares mas de lo que de me había dado la cuenta la aplicación, el personal de la recepción no fue muy amable, la habitación no era como la de la foto, era super pequeña.
