Desayuno buffet bastnate bueno. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal es muy amable y atento. La piscina esta bien en la terraza y no hay mucha gente, se esta muy tranquilo.

Cons:

En la web pone que hay bar en la terraza pero no esta abierto, tienes que bajar a la recepcion a pedir, no esta mal.
En la web pone que hay gimnasio pero lo unico que hay es una cinta de correr y una bici estática, ademas de otra maquina rota, esto no se puede considerar gimnasio.

Schoon hotel, maar meerdere problemen tijdens ons verblijf
Pros:

De kamer en het hotel waren schoon. Vooral de dames van de schoonmaak en het barpersoneel waren vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was kamer 317 erg warm, omdat de airconditioning uit stond en de kamer aan het einde van de middag veel directe zon krijgt. Tijdens onze eerste nacht viel de elektriciteit uit. Er was een harde knal en daarna draaide er de hele nacht een zeer luidruchtige generator vlak naast onze kamer, waardoor slapen vrijwel onmogelijk was.
We hebben uiteindelijk van kamer kunnen wisselen, maar dit ging niet gemakkelijk. In de nieuwe kamer was het bed voor mijn moeder erg oncomfortabel en zakte het bedframe door, wat rugklachten veroorzaakte. Het bed werd pas de volgende dag vervangen.
Het ontbijt was redelijk, maar niet bijzonder. Daarnaast maakte een medewerker bij de receptie een onervaren indruk en ontbrak het naar mijn mening aan professionele communicatie met gasten. Het overige personeel, vooral bij de schoonmaak en de bar, was juist uitstekend.

L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Praia. Ottima sistemazione per visitare la città e per spostarsi facilmente. L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, con un piscina sul tetto. Buona la colazione sebbene non sia molto varia. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.

Cons:

I condizionatori nelle stanze sono molto rumorosi, così come le stanze che affacciano su strada. L'asciugacapelli va chiesto alla reception.
