staff and services are very fast. very accomodating and polite. rooms has lots of storage space great room planning. clean. they give vouchers. agreed for late check out. stayed here twice service still is excellent and fast compared to other hotels weve been. bidet and shower waters are strong. bathroom have bathtub. pillow soft. movable small table. lots of drinking waters. refills tissues. provide extra towels and pillows. The staffs in info, housekeeping, bell boys, security, restaurant are so attentive, well trained, pleasant, they treat customers like vip. Give them a raise! 😊. Among the 8 different hotels we stayed in qatar, this have the best staffs so far. Big gym.

Cons:

the bed is not that soft, prefer if more softer. too much mirrors in toilet and room. hope theres bacons, sausage or hot meat for breakfast, also cooked rice if possible. I was surprise Hot chocolate was not included in the buffet, unlike the coffee. In other hotels its included.

Cons:

I wouldn’t give it a 5 stars but it’s the only one in Doha been to few hotels which are rated as 5 stars but i feel they more of 4 or even 3 stars
