Las instalaciones, en el baño había una fuga de agua, arriba del baño había un agujero y estaban remodelando entonces no estaba tan limpio.

Reservé una suite y pagué un costo adicional para agregar una cama para mi hija. Sin embargo, nos asignaron una habitación completamente diferente, mucho más sencilla, sucia y con cucarachas. Ya era muy tarde para buscar otro hotel y mi hija ya estaba dormida, además no somos de El Salvador y no conocemos bien la zona, por lo que no tuvimos otra opción que quedarnos. Fue muy decepcionante pagar US$126 por una habitación que no correspondía a lo que reservé ni cumplía con condiciones básicas de limpieza e higiene. No volvería a hospedarme aquí.
Enabled a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight.the check in attendant was very friendly and helpful
They organised a taxi to collect us at 3am which arrived e aptly on time and the security guard waited with us.
The bed sheets weren't clean.
The walls were dirty and thenroom.and corridor felt unfinished.
The door didnt seem sturdy.
The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling where a piece of electrical equipment had been badly installed.
There was no hot water.
When it rained during the night we were woken by water.pouring through an ethical.ceiling light , down the television and wall and onto our luggage.
Water was also coming in near the window.
I was very happy to only be there for 6 hours
ABsolutely not value for money. 80 US Dollars was a joke.

The only positive thing about this place is that its right in front of the beach.
The room was dirty. The walls need another coat of paint. The room is very outdated. There was construction happening while I was there. Overall, the property is really outdated.
Un séjour vraiment parfait ! L’hôtel est très propre, calme et agréable. L’accueil nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise : une équipe souriante, chaleureuse et toujours attentive à nos besoins. On sent que le bien-être des clients est une priorité. Le tout avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

It was average but not great. Coffee was awful
Bathroom not clean. Not a hand towel. We ask for a room for 3 and only two towels were provided. And unless you like brushing your teeth with salted water this is the place for you. I didn’t like that. Not a good place for your buck. And after you finish eating the cats the roam around the property eat all the leftovers from the plates that are left at the tables. I didn’t it appreciate that.I can’t even imagine eating in those plates after seeing the cats have a feast in them, unsanitary!!
I brought that to the managers attention.

El personal poco profesional, hablando de otros clientes enfrente de otros clientes.
La comida estaba regular, la comida estaba regular y en la mañana para el desayuno no tenéis café, falta de organización en ese sentido.
La cama de nuestra habitación estaba en mal estado , estaba muy hundida.
En recepción se indica que el check out es a las 12 cuando en Booking aparecer a la 1pm
