not clean enough

The location - easy to walk through the ala too square.
It's nothing to do with the hotel, but with the other guests that congregate in the hallway and talk loudly in the morning.
The television and the lights here is not working. Actually quote comfortable for staying, shower is good. The breakfast view is good. Staff is helpful.
Too dark of the hotel and the location is quite busy , traffics jam. Another hotel name same as this hotel, will mixed it up with other one.
I booked three nights at the end of June and another three nights in mid-July. When I arrived, I was given a room on the third floor facing the building opposite, directly overlooking the entrance to an 18+ bar (see photo).This is particularly disappointing because the hotel is a high-rise tower, most rooms have open views, and plenty of better rooms were available on Booking.com.
After four weeks of travelling around Kyrgyzstan, I learned that it is apparently common locally to give guests a poor room first and wait for them to ask for a better one.Perhaps that is the local custom, but a hotel of this standard should follow international standards of hospitality rather than expecting guests to negotiate for a decent room.
If this is the hotel’s idea of hospitality, it is better suited to local customers.
The rooms are modern and beautifully furnished. The hotel is located very close to the city center, shops, and restaurants. The restaurant if the Hotel offers a great view of the city.
The minibar in my room wasn't working; it didn't cool anything. Despite asking several times to have it fixed, nothing happened. Minibars in other rooms weren't working either, and the hotel simply accepts this situation. Given the summer temperatures, this is a real problem, as you can't keep drinks or small food items cool. The air conditioning unit dripped regularly. Since it was located in the entryway, it fortunately didn't drip onto the bed or similar areas; however, the paint was peeling off the ceiling as a result and dripping onto the carpet. I noticed this same issue in other rooms. On the surface, the room appeared clean. However, during a longer stay, you notice that tables and windowsills aren't actually cleaned—coffee stains are simply ignored. The bathroom drawers were broken and, consequently, never cleaned; they contained a significant amount of old dust. The restaurant experience was truly unacceptable. The coffee was very good, though. Food was set out once in the morning, with little to no replenishment. Even arriving at 9:00 AM meant having to settle for leftovers, which often looked dried out. A better approach would be to put out smaller portions and replenish them more frequently. The staff spent a lot of time standing around, only taking action when specifically asked. They seemed aloof, as if being disturbed. For instance, glasses and cups were rarely cleared away when, say, a fresh coffee was brought out. You’d sometimes end up sitting at a table with three used cups, glasses, and several plates per person. It was unpleasant. After a few attempts, I stopped having breakfast at the hotel. Overall in the Hotel, there is great, dedicated staff. But there is also staff that seems slow and lazy.

O maior destaque, porém, é a equipe. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Muitos falam inglês, o que facilitou bastante minha viagem. Eles me auxiliaram a conseguir táxis, já que eu não utilizava o aplicativo local, e também organizaram meu transporte para Cholpon-Ata por um excelente preço.
Recomendo este hotel com toda a confiança e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Мы приехали уже ночью, но нас сразу заселили.
근처에 예쁘고 조용한 공원이 있어서 좋았고, 연식이 좀 있어보이는 건물 같았음에도 불구하고 욕실이 샤워 커튼이 아니라 샤워 부스여서 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식당이 꼭대기층에 있는데 뷰도 좋고 음식도 맛있었어요!

Das Frühstück in der 10. Etage ist gut.
