Luxurious Boutique Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is centrally located and walking distance to both the new and old town areas! An ATM is located near the front entrance. The front desk staff are very friendly and provide great recommendations for restaurants,

Their rooms have the most comfortable pillows and mattress with modern electronic overhead lighting and electrical outlets. A tea kettle and coffee machine were in our room along with 2 complimentary bottles of water. In addition, there was a stocked fridge with beverages and snacks for purchase,
The bath was abundantly stocked with accessory products and extra towels.
Breakfast was the best out of the last 6 hotels visited on this tour of Balkan countries.

Personalul a fost foarte amabil, iar locatia este ultracentrala

Cons:

Destul de slaba lumina in camera si lipsa unui salon de mic dejin. Practic erau 3 mese intr um colt, iar micul dejun slabut. La aproape toate restaurantele din jurul hotelului se poate manca in mic dejun foarte bun

Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji, osoblje je predusretljivo.

Cons:

Ulazak na parking nije jednostavan ali ljubaznost osoblja to nadomesti. Dorucak bi mogao biti bolji, trenutno je ispod proseka.

Pros:

La posizione super centrale. La camera da letto, ampia e comoda. Personale gentile.

Cons:

La colazione è da migliorare. Sempre le stesse cose presentate poi in uno spazio molto stretto.
Il doccione grande della doccia non aveva potenza, usciva acqua ma con poca pressione, da sistemare.

Hotel und Empfang samt Lage zu empfehlen. Roomservice und Frühstückspersonal haben noch viel Potential für Verbesserunge
Pros:

Zimmer war wie beschrieben und alles war tiptop.
Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch gab es gute Vorschläge für Ausflüge usw. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war das Gegenteil. Zeppten desinteressiert an ihren Handys. Jedes mal wenn etwas leer war, musste man das Personal darauf aufmerksam machen. Schade auch dass kein Tisch vorbereitet war. Mann musste Besteck, Servietten und alles selbst besorgen. Das finde ich schade, vor allem wenn das Personal gelangweilt da steht. Auch im Zimmer wurden die Betten sehr unlieb gemacht, dies trotz Trinkgeld auf dem Bett. Einfach bedauerlich da das Hotel wirklich stimmig war.

Cons:

Es gab keine Fenster zum öffnen. Man ist hinter dicken Scheiben eingeschlossen.

A must stay in Skopje. Excellent location and place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and so kind. They were able to get our room ready for us earlier and even met us on the street to help us with our bags.

Cons:

Very nicely decorated and styled. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was a great size.
