Multiple defects, no response for 36 hours
Pros:

The location was convenient and check-in was straightforward.

Cons:

The overhead shower did not work for the entire stay. Reported twice, no repair. The room safe was defective. Underground parking was inaccessible due to a broken garage door. Visible black mold on shower joints. Rusted bathroom shelf. Furniture with peeling surfaces throughout. The property took over 36 hours to respond and cited a platform outage as excuse. No fix, no compensation offered.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sauberes, schönes, großes und modernes Zimmer. Liegt im Zentrum. Unkomplizierter Check-In. Auf Anfrage ein kostenloser Parkplatz an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Kommunikation zum Vermieter einfach und freundlich. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würde wieder kommen.

Lokasyonu cok iyiydi restaurantlara ulasim yuruyerek cok kolaydi guvenli bir bolgeydi park yeri sorunu yoktu

Tesis Avm ve Çarşıya 10-15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Bunun dışında hiç bir avantajı yok. Ama merkeze yakın daha uygun konaklama imkanı sunan yerler var.

Kullanılmış kirli havlu.
Çok rahatsız edici hatta kırık yatak.
Çalışmayan tv.
Soğutmayan buzdolabı.
Bozuk duş başlıkları.
Bagajlarımızı emanet bırakma süresi bile çok sınırlı. (Personel olduğu sürece.)

Avoid this hotel if you don’t want to risk being left without a room in the middle of the night.
Pros:

Very bad experience. I booked and fully paid for the room through Booking.com, received confirmation, and when I arrived at the hotel they refused to let me in because they claimed I had paid too little. They told me to leave even though my reservation was confirmed and paid. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I do not recommend this hotel.
