Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

Perfect location right in the middle of the city, 10 minutes walk from the airport bus stop.
Staff all lovely, helpful and friendly
Room was large, good blackout curtains and double glazing kept road noise to a minimum, decent air conditioning
Bed very comfy, could have done with an extra pillow but to be fair, didn't ask for one
Bathroom, large, clean and a great shower!
Breakfast average but perfectly adequate, no complaints
Would stay again if I came back to Chisinau

Cons:

Couple of spare pillows in the wardrobe would have been nice
Really nothing to complain about at all

O da çok genişti çok büyüktü yatakları kişinin evdeki otellere göre daha yumuşaktı o yüzden güzel bir uyku çektim dinlendim

Очень чисто, прекрасно спроектированная гостиница, отдельные аплодисменты архитектору. Замечательные подушки, простыни, удобный матрас. Кондиционер работал прекрасно.
Расположение лучше не бывает .
Персонал - отдельный параграф.
Профессионалы, очень гостеприимные и приятные .
Хочется отметить Виталию - здорово помогла нам .

Отель произвел неоднозначное впечатление.

В отеле сделан новый ремонт. Интерьер современный и приятный, сантехника новая и качественная, душ комфортный. Есть лифт, что тоже удобно. Заселение было поздним, за что отдельное спасибо. Уборка, похоже, выполнена хорошо: я довольно чувствительна к пыли и запахам моющих средств в отелях, но на этот раз никакого дискомфорта не почувствовала.

Больше всего удивило постельное белье. Создается впечатление, что оно собрано из разных комплектов: простыня была из другой ткани, чем наволочки или пододеяльник. К такому стильному интерьеру отлично подошло бы качественное постельное белье из сатин-страйпа. Наматрасник не верно подобран на матрас — казалось. Через него хорошо был виден желтый матрас и четкие полосы между ними где его не было. Подушки это отдельная история. Они также подобраны как и наматрасник под интерьер отеля.

Администратор была приветливой и «искренне» улыбалась, как и повар или управляющий). Однако администратор с вопросами об обмене валюты и вызове такси помочь не захотела. Для отеля такого уровня хотелось бы более клиентоориентированного сервиса. Также помощи с багажом нету.

Cons:

Ресторан также имеет хороший интерьер, но кухня не оправдала ожиданий. На завтраке круассаны были суховатыми, кофе — обычный, без особых впечатлений. Сосиски были там с омлетом. Ка бы все было, но было не вкусно в красивым интерьере. Музыка хорошая. Обед. Заказала токану. Кукурузная каша это нормально, но свинина или курица была слишком острой, из-за большого количества перца сложно было почувствовать вкус и качество мяса. Брынза со сметаной не спасла впечатление. Блюдо было сытным, но за цену около 200 леев ожидала большего.

Парковки возле отеля нет. Она есть, но там авто. Таксист вынуждено парковался на пешеходном переходе.

Pros:

Proprietatea este proaspăt renovată, iar totul este nou și curat.

Cons:

1. Perne umplute cu matarial plastic, de foarta proasta calitate.
2. Draperiile sunt doar pentru decor. La prima rază de soare, camera este inundată de lumină.
3. Intr-o camera superioară nu există aparat de cafea și nici posibilitatea de a-ți prepara una.
4. Pentru calca hainele trebuie te plimbi cu ele prin hotel până la camera de călcat.
5. Micul dejun este slab diversificat.
Raportul calitate preț este dezamăgitor!
