Os quartos tinham umas janelas rente ao teto e não tinham cortinas blackout, durante a noite a iluminação exterior permanecia sempre ligada e não era muito fácil adormecer.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The location was very convenient to all the hot spots near by. The room was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything that we could need. We really did enjoy our stay and would highly recommend.

The views are nice but The hills had a lot to work on.

The view was nice. Pool was nice. Room was okay.

Cons:

I broke out in a rash after my stay, there were ants in my room and eventually the ants migrated into my luggage and into my other personal belongings. The walk up and down to building 3 was insane. My legs were on fire trying to get back and forth from my room. It made it very hard for me to leave my room dreading that walk up and down the hill. No one came to grab my luggage after checkout so I was forced to walk all the way down the hill with all of my belongings just so I wouldn’t miss my flight. My towels and rags were dirty and the last day of my stay, maintenace walked in while I was getting dressed to leave. My AC also didn’t work in the living room area and the showers only stayed hot momentarily.

Appartement très propre, décoration soignée, équipement de qualité, lit confortable et douillet.
Une vue magnifique depuis le B226.
Espace piscine très agréable avec vue imprenable sur la baie.

Overall I enjoyed staying there, reasonably price, great location, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view is ok as

It was conveniently located to pretty much everything on the island. It was also pretty modern

Cons:

Didn’t have instructions on how to work the washing machine/Dryer, very few towels, shower is open so water gets on the floor hen you shower. Other than that I have no complaints.

Most horrible experience ever !

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Throughout my stay, promises were constantly made but never followed through on. Every concern was met with apologies and assurances that things would be “made right,” yet nothing was ever actually done.
I can sit and type for hours but ill keep it very short.

Communication and customer service were very poor. The manager always seemed to have an excuse instead of finding real solutions, and it honestly felt like the only thing that mattered was that payment for the room went through — not the comfort or satisfaction of the guests.

As a paying guest, I expected much better hospitality, honesty, and follow-up. Unfortunately, this stay left me feeling ignored and frustrated. The only positive thing I can truly say about this place is that the view was beautiful.

Sadly, based on this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
