Appartement met mooi uitzicht, maar de service kan beter

Fijn mooi nieuw appartement met geweldig uitzicht over de lagune, vooral als je hoog zit. Alles is nieuw in het appartement, das erg fijn. Het is ook goed uitgerust met een Nespresso machine, wasmachine en droger, afwasmachine etc. De rooftop pool was ook geweldig!! De locatie in Pelican Key is ook top, in de buurt van vele leuke restaurantjes zoals Izi en Pineapple Pete!

Cons:

Inchecken kon pas vanaf 16.00, erg laat wat mij betreft. Ook het personeel, hoe vriendelijk ook, is erg afstandelijk en doet niet echt z’n best om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Wij hadden bv geen scherpe messen en geen stoffer en blik, de hele week niet opgelost! Ook wordt de kamer niet schoongemaakt en krijg je geen schone handdoeken, was ze zelf maar werd er gezegd… maar dan mag je het wasmiddel zelf kopen! Had voor deze rating en prijs wel wat meer verwacht!

Had a great stay

Clean new nice views great swimming pool and friendly staff

The hill was challenging to walk up but the staff often gave lifts up.

Manque d’hygiène dans les chambres
Manque de personnel pour maintenir un niveau de propreté comparable aux prix ou en tout cas ils commencent vraiment trop tard!!!

Heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement op een top locatie. Daarnaast een fantastisch rooftop zwembad, onwijs van genoten!

Cons:

Er missen schaduwplekken bij het zwembad. Daarom is het er helaas niet heel lang uit te houden.

L’emplacement, l’environnement autour de l’hôtel, nombreux restaurants, commerces, la disponibilité du personnel.Piscine agréable.Nombreuses plages très proches.

Cons:

La suite ne disposait pas de rideaux, ni dans le séjour, ni dans les chambres.Résultat, des chambres inondées de la lumière des spots extérieurs la nuit , de la lumière du soleil, tôt le matin! Ma fille a très mal dormi !Déclenchement intempestif de l’alarme incendie plusieurs fois de suite , dont une fois en pleine nuit ! Stressant!Pas de coffre dans la suite! Pas de lits King size , deux lits individuels accolés, inconfortable!
