19/6 check in時沒有房間，我們需要一直等到下午6時後才可以取到房間，我們在商場內遊走最少3小時，前台櫃檯職員表示因為人手不足導致房間未能清潔，延遲check-in時間，為此已對前台職員表示不滿及需要投訴。其後前台職員將check out時間延遲至21/6下午1時作為補償，但是這個酒店下次不會再住。
