Un hotel muy cómodo para unos días en Galveston
Pros:

La comodidad de la habitación, la cocina, el baño amplísimo y la vista al mar en nuestro caso. Muy lindo desayuno y las señoras que atendían muy atentas. Agradable espacio exterior con jacuzzi y pileta y lugar para estar.

Cons:

La refrigeración en los lugares comunes era exagerada pero es una costumbre en EEUU👍

Rude staff at the front desk. Tried kicking my family out in the middle of the night because we had an altercation with another guest. The other guests kids tried to fight my little 7 year old. When I went to complain they said we were being kicked off property. Cops were called. We were eventually in the right and got to stay.

The stay is always great

The front desk charged my card for a deposit at check in 3:45pm and again at 11pm that night. I asked why he couldn’t give me an answer and got very upset. I still don’t understand why I was charged twice

Nice place for a few nights stay in Galveston
Pros:

Breakfast options.
Spacious room with ocean view. Nice kitchen area.
Beds were comfortable. My son enjoyed the pull out sofa. Fast service to get towels replenished and conditioner.

Cons:

In the future I will find an ocean front. A little challenging to cross road to the beach.
Our shower leaked into the middle of the floor, room 426. A lot. Wasted a bunch of towels. Poor design.

Great place but didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service.
Pros:

It was clean and close to beach. The room was exceptionally big and breakfast was great.

Cons:

I didn’t like how I had an accident at the pool and the only thing they could say was “oh sorry that happened to you”. One of the pool chairs literally broke from under me. I weigh 165 lbs. not nearly heavy enough to break a metal pool lounge chair.
I told the front desk and they gave zero consolation or anything.
