Pros:

The breakfast was very good, awesome variety of foods, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The check-in experience was like meeting new friends. Loved having a drink around the fire pit with some fresh popcorn in the evening, and the bartender was so personable. The studio was clean and comfortable with great views, and we were offered housekeeping service as we needed (so rare). Will definitely come back.

We were really very satisfiend.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, awesome breakfast personnel (BIG THANK YOU to Ruben and his colleagues!). The hotel is very clean. We were celebrating a birthday, and personnel from the reception surprised us with balloons; this was really amazing. Our little son was very happy; thank you! When we were checking out, our airport shuttle was planned for the afternoon, so the hotel postponed our check-out to the afternoon; they were extremely helpful. The personnel are always smiling and helping with anything you need. All of them were very professional. We would like to say our BIG thank you also to the housekeepers; they are doing their jobs really well, for example, Mary helped us with anything we needed in our room. Also, we would like to say our BIG thank you to Raul; he was so helpful. The general manager is excellent, so positive, always smiling, like in a dream. And the very last thing - when we were leaving the hotel, Priscilla from the reception gave a nice coloring book to our son. Thank you; we will never forget you all. Awesome!

Great property and location. Amazing staff, and rooms were really nice.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, we had a beautiful room with a view of the ocean. Great and wonderful staff. Even the guests were polite to one another. The breakfast was on par and coffee was fresh and hot. The beds were comfy and it was an over all great stay!

Cons:

The only thing I think I would change is serving breakfast until 10am during the week. Other than that the expectations were surpassed our expectations. Will surely book through them again on our next trip to Galveston.
