Het was een fantastische ervaring !!
Pros:

De locatie is perfect . Vlakbij strand en paar minuten wandelen naar restaurants en craft markt!

Cons:

Voor oudere of minder mobiele mensen is er geen lift . Wij zaten op 3de verdieping en telkens toch wel wat trappen . Maar dan neem je gewoon een app. op gelijkvloers 😜

Pros:

One of the few hotels I get to love every details in it. It has everything you'd ask for. The studio is spacious fully furnished and the terraces are to enjoy before monkeys 🐒 disruption.
The restaurant offers a variety and the food is tasty. With an open access to the beach you get to relax and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean and the palm trees.
All staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant does not charge the room and the people that sells stuff when you are relaxing by the beach. It's a personal thing and honestly I've had worse in Egypt and Türkiye but it is worth mentioning.

Jestem zawiedziona rezerwacją, którą dokonałam. Przed przyjazdem nie zostałam powiadomiona o zmianie apartamentu i otrzymałam inny, który nie spełniał moich oczekiwań.

Pros:

Great environment. Safe and clean. The staff is my favorite. Particularly the girl that checked me in. Professional customer service. The security guards are amazing. The lady that gave me a prayer mat God bless her heart. Lovely place to stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Peaceful location. High standard of cleanliness of apartment. Pool clean and pool furniture clean. Loved my studio apartment. Private and pleasant.

Cons:

Maybe some new cooking utensils and a nice white plate set and cups. In my studio apartment maybe a couch to sit on instead of 2 small soft chairs would have been more comfortable. Apt 314

Great apartments - especially for longer stays
Pros:

Clean, modern, employees are kind.

Cons:

The apartments are not owned by hotel, therefore employees often fall back to: “we are merely managing the property” when asked about facilities etc. Although I understand the organizational structure and each party responsibilities, it doesn’t come across very customer focused when this is the first response you constantly get.

I was also told I could use the surfboards in front of the hotel free of charge by employees at the reception and cafe, but after using it twice an angry employee from the hotel (red shirt) who apparently owned the boards shouted at me for not paying. There was no sign and he almost never was around, so I truly didn’t know they were there to rent.

A great stay in the perfect location.
Pros:

Modern and convenient location. On suite bathroom in one of the rooms. Spacious, clean and airy. AC throughout. Really hot powerful showers

Cons:

No windows in the bathrooms and vent not working/present.
