Don't go here unless you only expect bare minimum
Pros:

The part I did like was the convenience of the location. The interior of the building was also nice despite being very basic/barebones.

Cons:

On my arrival, the staff member greeting me struggled with communication, which I can understand. But then I got to my room and was greeted with a bad smell and very yellowed white bedsheets. The shower is also difficult to use as you have to hold the showerhead and use it like a hose. Not a great experience overall. I did complain about the smell and stained sheets and to their credit they were changed the next day.

Pros:

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble, avec un très bon emplacement qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de profiter des alentours. La literie est confortable, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir.

Cons:

En revanche, la chambre donnait vraiment l’impression d’être dans une cave : pas de fenêtres donc pas de lumière naturelle et une atmosphère assez sombre. Moisissures sur les murs et forte odeur de renfermé. Même nos habits laissés dans la chambre sentaient mauvais après ce séjour de deux nuits.

Pros:

Good location and value for money in Jakarta. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn't the cleanest (stained and dirty bedding). Breakfast wasn't for us but that was just preference. The walls are SO THIN. You can truly hear everything everyone is doing around you.

Great place to stay at a nearby mall and super cheap place to stay in Central Jakarta.
Pros:

The residence is located close to the Plaza Mall or Grand Indonesia Mall, the staff are super helpful and friendly.
They clean service the room daily. The place is beautiful.

Cons:

Even tho the residence is nearby mall but you have to walk through the neighbourhood of the Jakartans, I highly recommend for guests to take the car ride to the mall (safety reasons), but if you are a traveller who likes to walk, I guess there's no harm to do so. But just be careful as there are many of them on bikes passing by.
