Excellent and comfortable stay. Will visit again.
Pros:

The apartment is very clean and everything feels new. Every room including the kitchen is fully equipped. It is centrally located. The staff from concierge to housekeeping were very warm, friendly and helpful - a true joy.

Cons:

It is easier to use Gojek from the hotel lobby as Grab couldn’t seem to detect the correct pick-up point of the property. Breakfast was satisfactory but different days are of different cuisines so it may not be to everyone’s liking.

الفندق جميل ومريح وخصوصا الغرف المطله على دوارالاستقلال وعلى زاويتين

سعة الغرفه ونظافتها وقربه من جراند مول وارتفاع الفندق حيث سكنت في الدور 78 والمسبح في 71 وايضا موية المسبح دافئه مع تهويه ممتازه للمسبح وخدة الوظفين ممتازه

تأخير الاستجابه عند طلب اخذ الشنط من الغرفة وقد يعذرون بسبب بعد الغرفه حيث انها بالدور 78 وايضا الوصول الى المولوخصوصا جراند مكان مظلم نوعا ما وغير مرتب ومنظره الطريق لايناسب الفنادق التي حوله
وننصح اهل الفنادق يقومومون بصيانة الطريق وتجميله

their staff use guest elevators for deliver foods to guest . They dont use service elevator even they have one., so the smell of elevators is cocking, and I need to wait for the elevator more than 5 mintes . even I tell the vise manager Ms. Evelyn about this , but the staff seems to be dont care about guests comforatability.
Also, because it is too long wait for elevator, they should put some chairs or coaches infront of elevators to set while waiting.

Also, they enter my room for maintaining the microwave without my permition , even I dont ask for it !! I surprised when I reach my room the door was close and after I open the door suddenly I found Techenician inside the room !!! not safe..!!

Ms.Evelyn knows about all of this and she told me this will not happen again , but next day i see the staff with foods going in the elevator again !!!

Ideal location, excellent staff
Pros:

Excellent location for business travel, with the hotel located on one of the main roads in Jakarta and therefore easy to travel. The staff and service is par excellence. The suite had all amenities that one would require. And grocery stores and eateries were close by. Good swimming pool.

Pros:

AMAZING stay in PARKROYAL Serviced Suites in Jakarta. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, especially the bellboys at the concierge. They were really amazing. Room was clean and well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little too soft for our liking, but other than that - it was a great place with great location. We will definitely be back!
