Location was great, easy to walk to restaurants, beach and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always asking if we need anything.

Renee was so lovely, very accommodating, very happy. The room was great, big fridge, huge water dispenser, kettle, and aircon was strong. We couldn’t fault the place. Set back from the street it was quiet and 10 mins walk to the beach. Would def come back.
Great location, excellent facilities
The location is great. The property is clean and within an industrial vibe. Fabulous art and artefacts in the rooms and around the property. Obvious the owner is sharing her personal art collection with the guests. There is filtered water in the room which is a great touch. The mattress is very comfortable. Beautiful pool. Great for swimming laps.
I could hear the tv in the room next door as clear as a bell. Perhaps the walls are too thin. The pillows leave a lot to be desired.

Super logement
I had an amazing stay at Sammy’s. The location is perfect - close to everything but still peaceful and comfortable. The staff were honestly the nicest people ever. The admins were super helpful, always available on WhatsApp, and handled every request quickly and smoothly. Everything we asked for was done right away. The place was very well maintained, and felt safe and welcoming from day one. You can really tell they care about the guests and the experience.
Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The pool and staff were fantastic. Coming back to a well air-conditioned room after a walk to near by food outlets on a hot afternoon was great. The locals are friendly and helpful. The beach down the road is good for beginners and intermediate surfers, and a surfboard hire will cost about $10 aus for two hours. The food options within one km is exstensive, from $2:50 lunch from a street cart, to an 8 course meal at a Japanese restaurant for about $60 aus, usually lunch or dinner costs $ 7 - $ 15 aus / person. Expect to see a bit of rubbish about, and there is a lot of construction work going on. The owner and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll be back
