Ottima sistemazione in pieno centro
Pros:

Struttura nuova e molto pulita, situata in pieno centro città. Parcheggio comodo e facilmente disponibile in loco. Nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercati, negozi e ristoranti. La cucina è ben attrezzata e il bagno è spazioso e moderno. Check-in e check-out gestiti da remoto senza alcun problema. Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di effettuare il check-in anticipato senza difficoltà. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Cons:

Da tenere presente che il check-in, il check-out e qualsiasi eventuale necessità vengono gestiti tramite WhatsApp. Nel mio caso è stato tutto organizzato in modo rapido ed efficiente, senza alcun problema.

Excelente ubicación y lindo hotel
Pros:

Muy lindo y completo el hotel. Excelente ubicación, alquilamos auto y si bien el hotel no tiene estacionamiento propio, hay un parking gratis grande a media cuadra donde estacionamos siempre.

Cons:

Podria mejorar la comodidad de la cama y el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. De todas formas está bien

Nice stay
Pros:

The property was clean and in the center of Kralendijk. Restaurants, stores, easy & walkable access to different tours.

Cons:

If you are going to rent a car, keep in mind that the hotel doesn’t have a designated parking lot, you can park in a lot near the hotel which is safe but during the day if you leave and return you might have to park further away. We always moved the car at night.

Cons:

Breakfast is mentioned but not available. Deceiving description mentioning breakfast. Very basic big room. No tables or chairs. No cleaning products for the mini kitchen. No view. No drying rack, no hair dryer.. Could use more useful furniture. Shower door does not close properly. Needs grout around shower glass. The bed has sharp corners where you can hit your legs easily. Some light bulbs are burnt. Mini fridge without freezer.

De locatie is top.

Cons:

Ondanks dat ik meerdere keren het bordje voor schoonmaken aan mijn deur heb gehangen, en ook een keer langs de receptie ben geweest is mijn kamer geen 1 keer schoongemaakt. Het hoeft echt niet elke dag maar bij een verblijf van 10 dagen is helemaal niet echt te weinig.

Good location, but communication and housekeeping need improvement.
Pros:

We love the location of the hotel. You can walk almost everywhere.

Cons:

The communication could have been better. Our room was originally supposed to be Room 10, but it was changed to Room 9 without any notice. We only found out after we arrived and contacted the hotel.

The room had a strong musty smell, and the hotel also had a very strong cleaning product odor that was uncomfortable and irritated our noses.

We also requested room cleaning twice because sand quickly accumulated on the floor, but no one came to clean the room.
