Room was great size. Some room and hotel amenities could use improvements. Location OK.
Pros:

Room was large and had a great view. Staff was helpful on check in and check out. Room was very clean and housekeeping service was great.

Cons:

TV did not work with any of my devices, no ice available for guests, and tiny (toy-like) fridge in room barely worked. Elevator would take up to 10 minutes to arrive to my floor, causing regular delays.

住了差不多一个月，楼下1楼餐厅经理挺好的待客很亲和友善，食物选择多也合胃口价格也公道，非常值得表扬的是房务卫生做的非常好，每天不同房务部员工每个都清洁的很干净提的加水要求也非常热情回应，是一次非常棒的住店体验，再次过澳门的话还会考虑入住！

They upgraded our room to family room without extra charges so we have enough space to open up our luggage. Room is clean and staff are friendly.The location is so convenient, bus stop just around the hotel .
