Pros:

very convenient to the borer with China and good tr airport link to the city and elsewhere. Good range of eateries around the hotel.

Cons:

nothing except l could not find a hairdryer.

Pros:

They upgraded our room to family room without extra charges so we have enough space to open up our luggage. Room is clean and staff are friendly.The location is so convenient, bus stop just around the hotel .

客房舒適整潔
冷氣容易調節
行走大概10至15分鐘便能到達關閘過關口岸，地理上相當方便

Cons:

樓高總共29層但電梯只有2部，出入上落都需時等候
房內有蓋垃圾桶容量如能改用更大容量的就更理想

The location was near a bus stop and a park. Customer service was excellent-- Lisa was extremely helpful!

Cons:

It was a little confusing getting to the main lobby. It would be helpful for more signs/directions guiding me where to go.

It was nice that the staff helped me to upgrade to a larger room

Cons:

It was really weird that when I asked the receptionist to help me for calling a local restaurant booking, she told me it was not possible as her phone could not made a local call

Pros:

We stayed at the family foom. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a family of four, with 2 toilets, 2 tvs and all necessary amenities.
The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Chinese border crossing and great public transportation connection to all sights, including St. Paul's ruins, Grand Lisboa and Cotai strip.
